I noticed a difference in my symptoms after just one day of taking the tablet. I noticed a decrease in the severity of my symptoms immediately, and over the course of the 4 week trial I noticed a decrease in the frequency of these symptoms as well. The trial period also coincided with a cruise ship holiday I had planned and was a good opportunity to really test it out. I was impressed and delighted that Meta Align helped me manage my symptoms even while on holiday and enjoying rich foods and more foods than usual!

I would get stomach cramps, nausea and bloating several times a week, but since using this product, I have not experienced any of these issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really didn't expect much from this product after trying the probiotic type that u have to store away in the fridge, but have been amazed. Tbh I mentioned to my husband on the second day that I was sure that I was feeling a little different after just the 1 tablet. I suffer badly mainly with the bloating and after a bad tummytuck my skin is overtightened to the point when I bloat I want to vomit or at least feel that way all day every day. I can definitely say though after 1 week I absolutely noticed the difference. The bloating has almost completely stopped and I can see my toes once again lol. I had no irritation or upset tummy whilst using the product and how easy not having to keep them in the fridge where I forget to take them anyway,(out if sight, out of mind kinda thing). After 4 weeks I am a much happier energetic person, I no longer want to bite peoples heads off just for talking to me and I'm even inspired to paint my toe nails now thanks to Meta Align. Highly recommend.

Meta align improved her stomach so much her symptoms got back to normal after about 2 weeks. We are so grateful we found them.
