ELECTROLYTE HYDRATION AND ENERGY COMPLEX - Endura Performance Hydration is a scientifically formulated electrolyte and hydration complex that rapidly replaces fluid and essential electrolytes lost during exercise, while improving stamina, endurance and performance. Electrolyte and fluid loss can result in dehydration and electrolyte imbalances, potentially affecting exercise capacity and performance.

ENHANCES ENERGY & ENDURANCE - Endura Performance Hydration is a 6% carbohydrate formula, providing 20g of carbs per dose as recommended for intense exercise or exercise lasting longer than 1 hour. The dual carb sources (fructose and maltodextrin) improve carbohydrate absorption and fluid uptake and are also absorbed at different rates to provide both rapid and enduring energy.

SUPPORTS MUSCLE PERFORMANCE - Endura Performance Hydration contains the exclusive and easily absorbed Meta Mag® Magnesium. Magnesium is an essential mineral for athletes to reduce the occurrence of muscle cramps and relieve mild muscle aches and pain. The combination of essential electrolytes and premium quality energy make for an advanced option to fuel and support peak performance.

Magnesium Glycinate Dihydrate (Meta Mag Magnesium Diglycinate): 1.6g.

Calcium Amino Acid Chelate: 210mg.
Equiv. Elemental Calcium: 42mg.
Potassium Citrate: 185mg.

Each dose (25g) contains 366kJ (87cal) of Energy. Contains sugars.

The maximum recommended daily dose (100g) contains 704mg of Sodium and 268mg of Potassium.

Excipients: Maltodextrin, Fructose, Malic Acid, Natural Identical and Nature Flavours, Colloidal Anhydrous Silica and Natural Colour.

Directions

PRE (within 30 minutes): One to two doses to support hydration, electrolyte and energy levels.

DURING (every 60 minutes): One to two doses to support hydration, electrolyte levels, endurance, stamina and performance.

PRE (within 30 minutes): One dose to support rehydration, electrolyte and glycogen replenishment.

Cardio or strengthening its takes you a step further beyond your normal thresholds because your muscles stay plump, function better and remain well hydrated. Therefore you have more endurance and will be stronger during exercise than you would be without it. True story!

Quite simply - taking this product regularly will pick u you up and stop cramps.. Pretty Simple really..look at the reverse panel and the Sodium/Magnesium are what you need and there is lots of it.. I'll continue to buy - plus its a great price and free delivery
