It removes my make up including stubborn waterproof mascara with ease and leaves my skin feeling fresh and moisturised. I did not feel like i needed to cleanse my face afterwards as with some other make up removers/Micellar waters on the market. Price point is great also. Would definitely recommend!

Cleaned my skin well, didn't leave any greasy residue and I felt nice and fresh. I didn't need to rinse again with water which was great. I will definitely recommend.

Skin feel nourished after using it but a little bit oily, so I always wash my face with cleanser afterwards. I think it will perfectly suit for those with normal to dry skin as it is oil based, It smells really good and will last you for a long time as you need just a little product to use. Great quality for this little money. Will repurchase again.

I do have sensitive skin and was finding the original one was a bit drying for me, with the added oil it helps so much so much more pleasurable to use. The scent is lovely too. It gets about 90% of my makeup off but that fine as i would still use a cleanser to wash my face anyway afterwards.\nThouroghly enjoying this product!\n

I use long-wear makeup daily, which during the day is great, but it can be a pain to remove, even after washing my face a few times. The Garnier Micellar Water in Oil has been a godsend and makes my evenings so much easier! With a shake of the bottle, and a squirt on to a facewasher, it removes my stubborn makeup with a quick swipe! No scrubbing needed!! It removes absolutely ALL of my makeup and leaves nothing behind! I love that it also doesn't leave my face feeling oily afterwards like many other oil-based makeup removers, nor does it leave it dry. This product is amazing & I recommend this to everyone!!!

This new oil one has replaced the original one and Bioderma in my routine! My makeup (including water proof mascara) is completely removed after a few swipes and my skin is left cleansed and refreshed. I do find that there is a slight film of oil left on my skin but that it easily removed with toner. The smell is also quite pleasant. I love this product and will continue to repurchase it until I find something better!

I do have to say oil face wash and cleanser make me nervous because my skin is combination and I already use a face oil before moisturiser but this cleaner was fabulous! I really liked it. It was easy to apply on my skin. The product itself feels lovely on the skin not harsh or drying. It also has quite a pleasant smell about it. The bottle says you can leave without washing but I always washed my face after removing my make up with this product because i felt like I would be doubling up on face oil with my current skincare. It really did remove all make up. No scrubbing no double applications required. I would recommend this to anyone who is after a makeup remover that doesn't dry the skin or leave the skin feeling like it has had a chemical peel.

I have tried the original micellar whater from Garnier and while it was okay, it wasn't great. So when I was up for trialling this I didn't have too high of an expectation but with my first use I was absolutely surprised at how good this micellar water. It actually removes every last drop of makeup, specifically around ym eye area like it promises! The oil not only helps to remove the makeup but to condition and moisturise the skin afterwards. My skin felt so amazingly soft and nourished after using this. I loved it, will definitely be looking to repurchase once I have run out!\n

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I loved this product. I have used a Garnier Micellar water before, and whilst it worked 'ok' I felt it was a little abrasive on my skin and left it dry. I had none of those problems with the Garnier Micellar Water in Oil. It smells amazing and works like a dream. I use waterproof mascara and eye liner, which can be difficult to budge, however the product removes it quite easily without feeling like I've rubbed my eyes raw. My skin feels moisturised and fresh and I don't feel like I need to intensively moisturise afterwards. I will continue using this product!

Then I thought I'd trying a higher end makeup remover that was more then 2x as much as this but it didn't even come close to how this one feels. Most makeup removers leave my skin super oily and I'll have to wash my face straight after but this one leaves your skin feeling like you just washed it so it's great for fixing up mistakes while doing your makeup and it removes my waterproof mascara and my toughest kiss proof lipsticks.

I don't know how to live without it now, morning and night when I'm tired or lazy but I still want to remove makeup and clean my face, I just reach for my micellar water, Garnier micellar water to be exact, and this new micellar water in oil is another brilliant product from the brand that I think brought micellar water to Australia first.\n\nGarnier micellar water in oil is a great idea, combining micellar water and cleansing oil in one handy bottle of magic. As my first of my twice daily double cleanse, I soak a cotton pad in it and gently wipe over my face, paying special attention to any makeup I may be wearing that day, otherwise it's just a quick once over. It feels cool and refreshing on my skin, the oil feels so gentle and soothing and super moisturising on my face, and it removes every single trace of makeup , dirt and oil without actually stripping my skin of oil and moisture.\n\nMy skin is the most sensitive on the face of the planet, yet this product is so gentle and doesn't irritate or cause redness and breakouts whatsoever.\n\nI am now on my 4th bottle, I use it every day and night and my skin has never looked better, it's smooth, dewy, fresh and looks amazing even without makeup, which is definitely a first for me. I will continue to use this and if they ever discontinue it, my skin and life will come crashing down around me. If this product was alive and male, I would marry it and bear its beautiful, perfect skinned children.\n

The product has a pleasant scent and makes my skin feeling super soft after each use. The Garnier Mircellar water has now become a staple in my life and unquestionably an item I can’t live without.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it! I bought this micellar water in oil after using the plain micellar water from Garnier and finding that it struggled to remove waterproof makeup. Well, no more of that struggle for me, I'm pleased to report! This micellar water in oil is absolutely fabulous for removing any and all traces of makeup! It comes in a huge 400ml clear plastic bottle with a pop lid and it lasts for ages, so for the price it is a great buy (and if you get it on sale, like I did at Priceline, well that's just a bonus!). The oil sits on top of the water, which can be clearly seen and you need to give the bottle a good shake in order to mix the water and the oil before using it. I tend to just splash a bit onto a cotton pad and just gently wipe away the makeup. It works for everything - foundation, mascara, eye liner! And you don't need to rub hard to get the makeup off - just a gentle wiping motion will do. For super stubborn makeup I would suggest soaking the cotton pad and just pressing it on for a few seconds to let it sink in and then wiping away It does have a fragrance to it, which I find quite pleasant, but others may find a bit too strong. I did notice that it tends to stay on my skin for a while after I've used the water.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Best micellar water in the Garnier range I tried the other micellar waters in the Garnier range in the past and found they didn't do much for me and often irritated my skin, however this product is actually really efficient at removing makeup. I often do multiple looks a day on the weekends and use this to remove my eye makeup. The oil breaks down the product and removes it effortlessly.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Hydrating Both my Mum and I use this lovely Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water in Oil. It takes off all traces of makeup without leaving your skin feeling dry or tight. Instead your skin is left with a layer of oil that sinks in nicely after a while. The scent is quite strong though and I have found that it can be a little irritating around the eyes if you are sensitive.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I really like Garnier products so I was eager to try the Micellar Cleansing Water in Oil when  I needed to replenish my bottle of micellar water because I use micellar water every single day. \n\nI love how the colours of the packaging match the oil in the bottle, and the tiny hole in the flip-top lid allows for only a small amount of the product to be dispensed.  I’ve used this type of product before in an eye makeup remover – one where there is oil mixed with something else and a good shake is needed to mix the products before using it.  \n\nMy normal cleansing routine is to wipe off my eye makeup with a cotton pad soaked in micellar water; sweep a makeup wipe across my face to remove most of my foundation and then clean up my entire face with micellar water on a cotton pad.  So I followed my normal routine but after using the Micellar Cleansing Water in Oil I was surprised to find that there was no residue and my skin seemed less dry.  \n\nI don’t mind the fragrance of this micellar water although I’m not sure what it is.  The product is very soothing, does not cause any irritation or redness to my skin or eyes, and is not at all greasy.   \n\nAll in all, I would recommend the Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water in Oil because it leaves my skin feeling really clean, fresh and nourished.  \n\n

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great product I have tried other micellar products and haven't been super happy but thought I'd give this a go as it had the addition of the oil. Firstly it is a HUGE bottle so lasts for ages which is really cost effective. What I do is give the bottle a good shake to try and get the oil and water to mix a bit, it has a pleasant smell and glides over the face when using. Especially on the eye area it's quite gentle. I always follow up with a make up remover wipe just to give a really fresh feeling.

It smells nice and fresh which is new for Micellar waters and with the oil does a thorough job of breaking up the make up and removing it. After shaking really well, pop it on a cotton pad and be ready to only purchase this make up remover for the rest of your life. I need only 2 cotton pads which is less than other products I have tried and I really do think it does not leave a trace of make up. Despite this, I always cleanse afterwards but this is an amazing way to get rid of the bulk. The only thing I will say is the oil settles at the top very quickly so shake it well before each use, and it does leave a slightly oil feel on the skin but when you cleanse after using it, this is completely gone. I am completely in love with this product, its innovative, cares for your skin and works!

I expected that it would be great at removing waterproof makeup and it does indeed does a great job at removing any makeup that I wear, including waterproof mascara. It comes in a huge bottle and is so affordable because you get so many uses out of it. Mine lasted me months! It has a simple packaging with a tiny opening so you can just shake and pour out the product onto any cotton pads, then swipe it across your face and it will remove any dirt, makeup, impurities on your skin.\nHowever, because it has oil in the product, I feel like it left a layer of oil on my skin after removing my makeup. They say that it is a no wash formula, but I don't really enjoy feeling there is a layer of residue on my skin so I usually double cleanse it with a gentle cleanser afterwards. It is also really great to remove the sebum and dirt from the face but I would still rinse it off with a cleanser. Overall, I prefer the original version over this, maybe because I do use micellar water to clean my skin in the morning as well. For makeup removal, this is a great product because it removes waterproof makeup more easily than the Original version. It also makes my eyes slightly blurry if it gets into my eyes accidentally. I think it depends on your preference but for me, this is still a great makeup remover!\n

I don't actually ever wear waterproof makeup so I wasn't really looking for a product that did that instead I just wanted a makeup remover that wasvgentle on my sensitive eyes Since this micellar water is dermatologically and opthalmogically tested as well as claiming to be soothing and to provide "optimal tolerance" I thought it would be gentle enough to use on my eyes. I was not disappointed. I have used oil based makeup removers before and found that they actually leave me unable to see properly due to an oily residue covering the surface of my eyes. But fortunately I didn't have this problem with this micellar water. You can see the oil floating on top of the clear lotion but it doesn't seem to come out in large amounts I also like how big this bottle is. It's a huge 400mls and though I've been using it for months i still have half a bottle left. You really don't need to use very much each time to remove makeup and it removes all eye makeup and is also great at removing facial makeup too. I think this is a really great product for those like me who suffer from dry skin. It removes makeup without fuss and doesn't cost the earth either. It's a winner in my books!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good for removing waterproof makeup Skin type: Sensitive, dry Texture: Light oil mixed with micellar water I usually just dispense a generous amount of the cleansing water in oil onto a cotton pad and wipe it gentle all over the face to remove my face make up. I also use it to remove my eye make up, by leaving the soaked cotton pad on my eyes for 10 seconds before rubbing off my eye make up. To me, it cleanses really well and removes my make up very easily. It is even able to remove waterproof eye liner and mascara easily with just a few swipes. The oil in the remover leaves my skin and lashes feeling soft and hydrated after cleansing However, because of the oil present, I feel like it leaves a slightly oily layer on the skin. I always use the micellar water as a first cleanse if I am wearing make up and follow it up with a gentle cleanser to remove any make up remnants, so it does not bother me as much.<br />But if you are looking for a one step cleanse and leave on cleansing water, then this product is not for you. I sometimes use micellar water as my morning cleanse and continue straight with doing my skincare and make up but I was not able to do it with this cleansing water in oil Scent: It smells really florally and powdery at the same time. The scent is pretty long and does linger around for a bit. It does not taste pleasant at all if it gets into the mouth accidentally Packaging: The simple flip top bottle makes it easy to mix the content in the bottle and dispense onto a cotton pad Price: It is really affordable and comes in a rather huge 400 mL bottle too. It last a rather long time for me and the quality of the product is good too, so it is worth the price.

Micellar Cleansing Water in Oil comes in a 400ml, clear, plastic bottle, with a flip cap, which makes it really easy to open.<br />The product is non-greasy, has a beautiful, pleasantly subtle smell, does not feel greasy or heavy on the skin and as it does not sting, is suitable for sensitive skin, leaving it feeling clean, fresh and nourished! I thought that the original Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water was the most fabulous invention ever, for removing makeup, but then, I discovered Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water in Oil, which is even better. This is due to the fact that, while the original Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water, was very effective for removing the heavy makeup I apply, it took a few applications to really get my makeup off; however, the Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water in Oil, just whips my makeup off with no effort at all! Now, all it takes to removes my makeup, cleanse and soothe the skin on my face, eyes and lips in one step without the hassle of rinsing off, is Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water in Oil enriched with Argan Oil! This product will remove even the most stubborn makeup, including the waterproof or long lasting type – and as it does such a fantastic job on my skin – it is the one I will keep using! Apply to a cotton wool pad and wipe away even the most stubborn makeup with ease!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Gets it's job done. The Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water in Oil comes in a sturdy clear 400mL pop-cap plastic bottle. The product has a bi-phase formula made up of Argan Oil and micellar water that cleanses, soothes and removes makeup all at once without the need to rinse off The argan oil is obviously a lighter density than the micellar water, and so it floats above the micellar water. You'll need to shake the bottle well to mix the two liquids together before use This product removes my waterproof makeup without the need for any vigorous rubbing - I just dribble a bit onto a cotton pad and hold it against my eye for a couple seconds before swiping away. If there's any tricky bits left over, I just dampen a cotton swab/bud to get around the corners of my eyes, or underneath my lashes It really removes any type of makeup really quickly and easily, however it does sting a little if you do get it in your eyes. The scent is a florally/oily scent, which isn't terrible, but it's nothing special You don't have to rinse your face after use, but I do prefer to. The oil isn't very 'oily', but it does sit upon the face for a little while, which I don't really like the feel of The product claims to be suitable for sensitive skin, although I doubt that slightly. Rated 4 out of 5 by from The product: \nGARNIER SkinActive - Micellar Oil-infused Cleansing Water (400 mL bottle)\n \nMy verdict:\nMy sister recommended this makeup remover/cleanser to me as I have dry skin and most regular makeup removes leave my skin feeling stripped and dry. This is in fact an “oil-based” cleansing water, and specifies it is designed to be used on the eyes, face and lips. The product is like your regular “micellar” cleansing waters that are very popular at the moment, but this one also contains Argan Oil to add extra moisture to the skin. The product reminds me of the dual phase eye makeup removers that you need to shake before use, and is designed to remove stubborn waterproof makeup, like mascara and liquid eyeliners etc.  The product comes in a very sturdy plastic bottle with a flip lip and the cap clicks shut tightly so there is luckily no product spillage. The bottle is a decent and generous size so I anticipate it would last me a long time to finish this (I don’t wear heavy makeup). My skin is dry therefore I don’t find the oil-based formula too greasy for my skin; I find this helps the cleanser glide over my skin and really picks up all the makeup, dirt and grime thoroughly.  This is a key positive point, as I hate continuously having to rub my face and eyes with cotton pads just so that I can get rid of my makeup. This product actually does a pretty good job of getting rid of my foundation, lipstick and mascara without excessive effort.  The first time I used this cleanser, I was so impressed with how quickly it seemed to dissolve and remove my makeup. It seemed to just wipe all the makeup of my skin in a flash!! After the first application of this cleanser I actually looked at the cotton pad and WOW it had completed removed my foundation in one quick application - very impressive! My only major criticism is the very strong fragrance; I really find it too overpowering and it tends to linger for a long time. This fragrance did unfortunately sting my nose and eyes, so this makes it a bit difficult for me to be completely impressed and pleased with this product. Which is a shame as it does a great job removing makeup and leaves my dry skin feeling nourished and soft. I don’t mind the oily residue that it leaves behind as other cleansers leave my skin feeling dry, tight and uncomfortable.  So that is not an issue for me at all, but might be an issue for people with oily skin.\n \nRecommendations: \nI recommend this makeup remover/cleanser to those who have normal to dry or very dry skin. If you have sensitive skin, and in particular to products that are heavily perfumed then I don’t recommend this product. My skin is not sensitive, yet I found the fragrance in this product too irritating. I also recommend this product to those who like to wear heavy, waterproof or long-wearing makeup, as it quickly dissolves and removes stubborn makeup without much effort. \n \nRepurchase:  \nNo. I will not repurchase this product, simply because the fragrance is just too strong and lingers for a long time even after you wash your face with another cleanser afterwards! What a disappointment as I really liked the nourishing and moisturising feel of this cleanser, and was impressed that Argan Oil is included in the ingredients.\n\nAnyway I will continue looking for a product that is less irritating on my skin…\n\n
