CONTRAINDICATIONS:
• Do NOT use if you are or may be pregnant; or in the first 6-8 weeks after childbirth or pelvic surgery.
• Do NOT use if you have a pacemaker (or if you have a heart rhythm problem) or with any electronic medical devices.
• Do NOT use if you have symptoms of active urinary tract infection, vaginal infections, or localized lesions.
• Do NOT use if you have poor sensation in the pelvic region.

WARNINGS:
• Do NOT use if you are unable to properly insert the vaginal or anal probe. If you have a severe prolapse, or if any discomfort occurs when inserting the probe, consult your healthcare professional before use.
• Do NOT use when walking, driving, operating machinery, or similar actions needing muscular control.
• Do NOT use to mask or relieve undiagnosed pain.
• Do NOT use if you have, active or suspected vaginal, pelvic or prostate cancer or undiagnosed pain in the area being treated with a history of cancer.
• Do NOT use optional electrode pads near the thorax
• Do NOT use optional electrode pads on the front of the neck.
• Do NOT use optional electrode pads across the chest.
• Do NOT use optional electrode pads over the eyes.
• Do NOT use optional electrode pads across the front of the head
• Do NOT use itouch Sure while simultaneously connected to high frequency surgical equipment as it may result in burns at the site of stimulator electrodes and possible damage to the stimulator.
• Do NOT use itouch Sure in close proximity (e.g. 1 m) to a shortwave or microwave as this may produce instability in the stimulator output.

CAUTIONS:
• Caution should be used if you have a bleeding disorder
• Caution should be used if you have suspected or diagnosed epilepsy
• Caution should be observed when using the device at the same time as being connected to monitoring equipment with body worn electrode pads.
• Caution: Do not permit use by persons unable to understand the instructions or persons with cognitive disabilities, i.e.; Alzheimer's disease or dementia.
• Caution: Insertion of the vaginal or anal electrode makes it unsuitable for use in children without clinical supervision
• Caution: Keep away from children under 5 years of age.
• Caution should be observed when using the itouch sure at high strength settings.
• Caution the operator should not touch the patient at the same time when touching the battery output.

Directions

• Setup the device as per instructions
• Plug the connecting lead wire into the device
• Connect the other ends of the connecting lead wire to the probe leads
• Ensure device is switched off prior to inserting the probe
• Lubricate the probe with TensCare Go Gel and insert as per instructions
• Turn the device on
• Select which program you wish to use and adjust the intensity and timer accordingly
