I used a single drop after the shower and waited 2-3 hours before action. It most definitely delays early climax but i felt like it dulled the hypersensitive nerves and left me only about half as big as normal. You still feel sensation, theres no numbing but it definitely dulls things. However, when you do finish, after all that build up, It can be extremely explosive. I'd try it again but probably combine it with something else to help me keep me harder while also delaying climax.
