The non-greasy make-up remover quickly removes waterproof make-up and impurities without irritating the skin or eyes. Suitable for sensitive eyes.

Directions

Shake well before use. Moisten a cotton pad with the product and place on each closed eye. Gently dab the cotton pad on the eyelid for 10 seconds to allow eyeshadow to completely dissolve. Then sweep over the eyelashes from root to tip, without rubbing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great quality eye makeup remover I used the Clarins Instant Eye Make Up Remover to remove a variety of mascaras (mostly non-waterproof, but occasionally waterproof). I also used the product to remove eyeliners and eyeshadows. The removal process was easy and effective. I’ve used a few eye makeup removers that stung my eyes and/or felt slightly harsh on the delicate skin around my eyes. The Clarins Instant Eye Make Up Remover never caused any stinging and it never felt harsh on my skin. The eye makeup remover has a floral scent but it was so subtle that I hardly noticed it.

It leaves the eye area lightly moisturized. It leaves your eye area refreshed. It has a lovely, very light, fresh scent. You don't have to shake the bottle vigorously to mix liquid. (it mixes just by lowering the bottle to the eye makeup pad). You don't have to keep rubbing the pad over and over your eye. Most importantly, it removes waterproof mascara with ease!

I have read some reviews on this product but with the lash tonic mascara that weren't positive because other reviewers found it difficult to get the product out of the container. I didn't have this problem at all. You do have to shake the container slightly to get enough product on a cotton wool pad but in my opinion this wasn't difficult at all and it prevents too much product from coming out which would be wasteful. Once I have enough of the product on my cotton wool pad I place it on each eye and press lightly. This allows most of my eye makeup to be lifted and then I rub lightly to get the rest off. The eye makeup remover is also great for long wearing bright lipsticks which come off really easily. There is a an oily film after removing makeup but I do this first and then apply my cleanser which then removes all traces of this oil. There is absolutely nil reaction to the eyes and no stinging either.

It's also very gentle and leaves no residue which, as a contact lens wearer, is vital for me. More expensive than most but well worth it!

It’s non- irritating too. Although it’s an expensive product, you don’t need much and that makes it cost effective.

The eye area is so delicate and I find some of the waterproof products almost impossible to completely remove. Clarins Instant eye makeup remover does the job quickly with no irritation. It smells lovely and is perfect if you have to rush from work straight out again as it takes only a few moments to remove all your eye make up for a fresh start. It is expensive and I don't use it every day for this reason. The mixture separates in the bottle so requires a good shake before using.

It is easy to use and as it is a liquid one can use cotton buds. I like this product and it is quick.

And you have to work even harder at removing makeup if you pour it onto a washable makeup pad. I don’t even use waterproof mascara, just regular mascara! Wouldn’t repurchase.
