The product worked well for me, covering greys and didn't look out of place by not exactly matching some colour streaks in my hair - it blended fine. There was a slight hairspray type feel to my hair for the time it was in there but nothing to bad. It washed out easily. The nozzle was a little hard to get a light spray out of and if you don't push hard enough small droplets land on your face and vanity - but they wipe straight off. I will definetly buy again. Perfect for that last minute decision to head out with friends but notice you are overdue for a colour - hides the greys in a spray.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Di from L'Oréal magic touch is a necessity for those that don't have time to get to the hairdressers. I have long hair with greys closer to the scalp. This products coverage did the job. I would also love a mascara type for a quick fix. All in all a product that i will purchase again as i am a busy mother who can't afford the time to get it done professionally. Great price too. The only problem i had was that it sprayed on my skin too, hence the wish to have a mascara version.

In the past for quick touch ups, I have used a crayon to mask those pesky grey hairs and ended up with the product smeared on my face from trying to cover near the hair line. Not any more! I loved the applicator for this product. Just sprayed it on and it gave a nice even coverage. No messy excess product and it covered my greys perfectly. The dark brown was a perfect match for my hair colour. I will be buying this again as it's great for a quick cover up in between colouring my hair. Those greys just seem to appear so quickly. Lasted until I washed my hair after a couple of days!\n

I have heard of a mascara type wand that covers greys that you can buy at specialised salon shops but it's tricky to buy, and this was the only product I know that provided a temporary fix to greys until the Loreal magic retouch product was launched.\n\nThe packaging is bright and funky, the colour that was sent was a dark brown and a perfect match for my hair colour. It's light and easy to apply in one hand. \n\nI found the product had no smell attached to it and I put the nozzle 8cm back from my forehead and pointed the nozzle downwards. I sprayed in bursts and then combed my hair back. (that's if my hair was in a pony tail). I found it easy to apply this way. It gave great coverage and it took me about 4 mins to spray all my greys. \n\nI will definitely recommend this product to family and friends and will be repurchasing. I think it would be fantastic to take on holidays for an instant retouch when you can't get to a salon. \n\n

It's brilliant when I'm so busy I don't have time to colour my own hair. I always make sure I have one somewhere in the house. I also love that it's small but holds a lot of colour. Perfect size for my small handbag.

Rated 4 out of 5 by RJJT234 from Good for small areas I’ve purchased this a few times now and have been happy each time - I use it to darken the baby hairs around my hairline where it’s thinning, and I’m (im)patiently waiting for my hair to grow thicker in around my temples after years of tight hairstyles and pregnancy hormones. It is very sticky, so I don’t think I’d ever use it to cover large areas of greys or thinning hair, but for small patches it does the job well.

It covered them well and was so easy to use. The colour was a good match to my natural hair colour. The only negative was that it was hard to remove at the end of the day. I had to use a cotton ball soaked with makeup remover and that left a greasy residue on my head.

I have dark brown hair and white regrowth, it stands out as it’s right down the part of my hair. I found the cool dark brown matched really well and was easy to apply and covered most of the hairs. The only downfall for me was I felt that it left a gritty/tacky feel to the roots and when I’ve used it I’ve wanted to wash it out as soon as possible. Other then that I would highly recommend for us in between salon visits or colouring your hair at home.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Kylie K. from Comes in a handy 75ml spay can which lasts a surprisingly long time time as only a small spray is necessary to cover my problem area. I have been using the Loreal Densifying Serum and it has given me a big crop of new colourless hairs and I needed a temporary cover-up until they are of a thickness and length for professional dying. Initially spray onto a tissue to clear the nozzle or it can splatter out in a random messy pattern which ended up on my forehead. Now I just place a head band over my forehead and spray to avoid the speckles that end up there. What I love is that I have used it and had a big workout (think dripping wet hair) and it didn't run down my face or budge, really liked that! It seems to hold up well under all conditions but brushes out easily. It does leave a slight almost waxy feel to my hair, but doesn't make it look dirty or greasy. Good little performer for the price.

It is better than the colour regrowth stick I have used in the past. \nThe colour of the L'Oréal Retouch Spray blends in so well and completely covers all my regrowth.\n\nPros\n+ affordable\n+ easy to use\n+ naturally covers regrowth\n\nCons\n- The spray is a little tricky to use especially spraying near the forehead area. Some of the product end up on my forehead but it can be easily removed with some water and tissue. \n

However, I am writing this review in the name of my mum, who has been using this root concealer for over a year now and I can see how much it changed her life ( seriously). My mum's hair grows really fast, and the roots are just grey, if not white. My mum doesn't embrace the grey though ( bless those who do!) and she was forced to do her roots almost every two to three weeks as she felt uncomfortable with the grey roots showing. She doesn't like to colour her hair so often as it does damage it to some extent. When I showed her Magic Retouch she wanted to give it a go. She has got it in DARK BROWN shade and it is a great match for her hair colour.\nAlthough the product has some features that could be improved, my mum keeps on using it as the performance of Magic Retouch is worth it.\n\n \n+ a very handy aerosol packaging, a diffuser that makes the application easy\n+ immediate results, it actually covers grey hair\n+ prolongs the time between hair salon visits \n+ gives back the confidence as it provides a quick fix\n+ works a little like a dry shampoo - which is a bonus! ( a dry shampoo that doesn't make the hair look grey!)\n+ if not washed out the same day it actually remains for days\n+ doesn't leave stains on the pillow\n+ easily washed out during the hairwash\n+ if used just to conceal the roots, one bottle will last around 6 months ( at least it did for my mum)\n\n \nNow onto some (understandable) bad sides\n- will colour the scalp too, but I understand that, it would be hard not too, but can be easily wiped from the forehead for example\n- might leave nasty stains if touched before setting\n- more shades welcome\nI believe Magic Retouch is a life and hair saver for a lot of women, It is extremely easy to apply and provides immediate results, that's why it is loved by many.\n
