I was recommended La Roche by a dermatologist for other concerns, so thought I may as well give the body range a try for my dry winter skin. I’ve been using this for about 3 weeks now, and skin is super hydrated and soft. I do find it can take a little time on me to sink in completely, so I use this all over in the evening, and on my exposed body parts in the day. I’ve had no issues with sensitivity using this either...so that’s a win! There are a few other reviews around about it smelling a little weird, I also thought this the first couple of days, but I think it was just getting used to something that doesn’t have the usual fragrance in it. I definitely don’t notice it now.

I find it works beautifully with the body wash and shower gel which is superb. if my skin is up to it, I mix in my favour essential oils - it’s far better for your skin than pore clogging coconut oil and very soothing.

Protects the skin barrier and just provides enough moisture to be nice and smooth but not oily or too sticky. It sinks in perfectly.
