General Information

Our Signature Hydrating Facial Masque is a cream based masque, (and smells amazing!) from a rich blend of Mango Seed Butter, Avocado, Olive Fruit and Jojoba Oils. Your skin will feel nourished and super hydrated from the moisture restoring properties from the natural oils and butters. Enzymes from Papaya and Pineapple nourish the complexion and impart fruit acids and vitamins, leaving skin feeling smooth with a healthy glow! TIP: If your skin is feeling extra dehydrated, our Hydrating Mask can be used multiple times a week to give the skin the additional moisture it requires. Follow with a Facial Serum or Oil, then your moisturiser.

Apply to damp face and neck. Relax and allow to penetrate for 15 minutes and then rinse off with warm water and wash cloth
Rated 4 out of 5 by from i like it ive purchased many bottles of this mist toner, i use it usually over my makeup to refresh my face ad the day goes on or during my make up application, its very refreshing, doesnt have an overly strong scent and feels nice on the skin. i still have a bottle in my drawer to use up, itll be lovely during summer to refresh and hydrate the skin on those hot hot days!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Leaves skin feeling smooth During winter I have struggled with getting enough hydration into my skin routine and decide to try this mask for that reason. After cleansing I apply to dried skin. The mask dries white (without the tight affect of clay masks) and after 15 mins I wash off with warm water. After washing off my skin does feel noticeably smoother and softer. As far as hydration goes, I do feel this mask helps in conjunction with a daily moisturizer and great for this affordable price point.

I like to keep my masks in the fridge for an extra soothing effect when I apply them and it definitely improves this hydrating mask. I love this mask because it contains pineapple and paw paw enzymes which makes my skin glow with rejuvenation after I rinse it off. My skin feels softer and nourished in the short term. It has a thick, creamy texture, a white colour, and fruity refreshing scent. I will repurchase this mask when I run out but I wouldn't say its essential.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great for dry skin! I generally have oily skin. Sometimes, I get dry patches that I have trouble getting rid of. This product has really helped with that issue, and I'm then able to treat my skin like I normally would. It's great at softening skin, and making it smoother. I love the smell, it makes it feel like you are getting a professional facial at a salon. I would recommend it to those with dry skin, and will continue to repurchase it for my occasional dry patches. You only need to use the smallest amount, so I don't see me needing to repurchase for a while.

It smells like something that I really want to eat but I am trying really hard not to eat The mask comes in a pot The texture is really thick and creamy. It doesn't dry on my skin over time. It still stays quite creamy It's definitely very hydrating and makes my cheeks very soft and smooth I can't get over how wonderful and yummy it smells. So delicious.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Sukin hydrating mask. Dries up quickly but good for the price. All in all, a good product given the low price point. I always purchase this on sale around the $10 mark. However I wouldn't pay anything more for this First, the packaging is a screw top tub, meaning that it is clumpsy to use in shower. Content is also easily oxidised over time because of the open jar design As for the product itself, the smell of the product is very "nutty". It has a great mix of ingredients which is fantastic. It has a thick lotion to a thin cream consistency and does not drip. However, the mask dries up on skin very quickly, and ideally the mask should be washed off before it is dried up to prevent dried mask from sucking moisture back from the skin. As such, this is not one of the masks that I can apply and relax and forget about it for a while. This mask cannot be left on skin for a prolonged period of time I like to use this mask in shower, particularly after swimming. I cleanse my face and put on the mask first, and then wash my hair etc. before finally washing off the mask. In that case the mask will have no chance of drying up. The mask soothes my skin after swimming, but other than that I seldom use it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Silky Smooth I recently just tried this product and recommended from a friend and I must say that it was better than what I had expected. I applies on like lotion but then after 5 minutes or so it starts hardening up like clay mask but not a clay mask. I have sensitive and dry skin, especially during winter and I do recommend using it one to twice a week depending on how your skin is feeling, as this is really hydrating and nourishing. It leaves my face silky smooth each time and I follow the face mask with a light face cream.

It smells really light and fresh and feels just like a moisturiser on your skin. After 10 minutes your skin is so soft! I use it once a week on any area dry areas and my neck and chest. I love how soft my skin feels after using this and I can really feel my moisturiser soak into my skin better after. The fact that it's 100% vegan is a bonus too.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Hydrating mask I've been using this mask now for a few months now, once a week, as the weather is getting colder I was finding my skin getting abnormally dry especially around my mouth and nose. I prefer to use natural skincare and Sukin fit that bill for me. The masque looks like a thick white moisturiser when you open the little pot, and for a moment i did have to check I'd picked up the right one. It contains Mango seed butter and avocado oil but doesn't have a strong scent like some masks. Despite it going on a thick white colour it dries transparent (for this reason i think it would be perfect for air travel). It does feel a little tight before you wash it off, at that point I know it's dried and ready to come off. I usually wash it off in the shower, and pat my face dry after. Straight away I can feel the hydration effect from the masque. It leaves my face feeling so soft and plumped up. It definitely cured the dry patches i was suffering from. I know use it as a specified area mask, as I have combination skin this masque can sometimes feel like its too heavy on my T zone so I use it on the other areas and use another mask for the oilier areas which works perfectly for me.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Hydrating and softens Sukin is my favourite brand for skincare products - the natural ingredients and gentle formulation always work well on my sensitive skin, and this mask is no different. This mask does exactly as it says, it hydrates well and my skin is soft to the touch after taking it off. It works well for me during the change of seasons, especially around winter, when my skin is becoming stressed and dry. The formula is reasonably thick so it won't drip when you apply it to your face, and less mess is always good :) you can easily do other things while you have this mask on. I won't give it five stars though, even though it is a fantastic product, because from time to time when my face is only a little dry it can clog my pores a little, leading to blemishes. This mask does not really cleanse, but it does hydrate well.

I do get some slight tingling so those with sensitive skin may need to be careful. The mask dries down within 10 minutes. My face does soft after washing it off, but I wouldn't say that the mask is particularly hydrating. My face actually feels more hydrated when I use a sheet mask. Overall I am not entirely sure how effective it is, though it was still a relaxing and pleasant experience for the senses. Not a repurchase for me.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Provides some hydration The Sukin hydrating face mask is unlike any other face mask I have tried. It’s more of a thick, rich cream that dries white. I like to use is on the drier areas of my face as part of the multi-masking technique. It adds some moisture but no more than my normal moisturiser already does. After taking the mask off with warm water, my skin feels really soft. However, I don’t think that I will be repurchasing it. It’s a nice accessory to a skincare routine but not essential. I do love the philosophy behind Sukin and its pursuit of natural beauty.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Pleasant treatment but no lasting effects observed I've used this a few times on my face after cleansing and facial scrub. The mask feels luxurious and creamy when applied on the skin, and it has a nice fruity smell. As use a scrub on the same day, I noticed a slight tingling on my skin as I applied the mask. I don't have sensitive skin so it's not an issue for me, but I wonder if the mask would irritate those with sensitive skin. Despite the creamy application, the mask does dry within 10 minutes. My face felt soft after washing it off, but I wouldn't say it was particularly hydrating. It just wasn't as drying as a clay-based mask would be. My Skin Food Black Sugar mask feels more hydrating in comparison. Overall I am not entirely sure how effective it is, though it was still a relaxing and pleasant experience for the senses.

I believe there are better alternatives to this, but it's not half bad. I feel like it doesn't hydrate enough and just leaves a layer on your skin, It's not uncomfortable or sticky but it doesn't deeply hydrate. If you have very dry skin maybe you should try a more intense product.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from A nice mask but not for me This is the first time i have used a Sukin product before, i was in need of a new mask so thought i would give this one ago after reading many positive reviews . This hydrating facial masque comes in a really sweet little 100ml screw top tub. I was suprised to find a really light smooth cream, almost like normal lotion consistancy. I applied it on my damp face as directed and it glided on easily over skin. It has a really nice subtle scent, not overpowering . The mask didn't take long to dry at all, with a quick glimpse in the mirror i found the mask barely visible ! I could still feel it on my face, felt slightly tight. After washing mask off , i instantly felt how softer my face was. I didn't see really any difference to the appearance of my skin which was disappointing, not even a healthier glow. For a mask that claims to hydrate, i found that hydration was the last thing i got. My face felt tight and uncomfortable, i was in need of a good slap of moisturizer asap. Having said that i do have dry skin so perhaps wasn't the right mask for me. It is a lovely product, it ticks alot of boxes - affordable, nice texture, beautifully packaged and i think majority of people will love it but for me it didn't delivery in the hydrating part so will give this product a miss.
