Warnings

CAUTION

Do not use this product:
- In children under 12 years of age.
- Continuously for more than 6 months without the advice of your doctor or pharmacist.
- If you have severe nose infection.

Consult your doctor or pharmacist if:
- Your symptoms are not relieved within 7 days.
- Your nose bleeds.
- You develop signs of a nasal or sinus infection such as fever, pain or swelling or discoloured nasal discharge.
- You have eye pain or visual disturbances.

Consult your doctor or pharmacist before use if you:
- Have a history of tuberculosis.
- Have infection of the nose or sinus.
- Have ulceration in the nose or have recently had an injury or surgery to your nose.
- Are pregnant or breastfeeding or are planning to become pregnant or breastfeed.

Contains benzalkonium chloride as preservative.
For Intranasal use only.
Do not use if the seal on carton is broken or missing.

Mometasone furoate 50 micrograms/spray

Directions

The pump should be primed prior to first use or if it has not been used for 14 days or longer.
Shake well before each use.
Adults and children 12 years and over:
Initially 2 sprays into each nostril once daily.

Maximum daily dose: One dose in 24 hours.
Use every day for best results. It may take 1-2 days for the full effect to take place.

I normally hated putting stuff up my nose for seasonal rhinitis. Nasonex is a steroid and it is very effective, as are other nasal steroids. But, one has to be careful and inform your pharmacist and doctor of its use. A good no burning nasal spray which decreases symptoms over time and with careful use.

Neti pots work for a short time, Zyrtec works excellent but dries out nasal passages and has started making me uncontrollably sleepy. I was hesitant at first to try this but glad I did it works so good! No more uncontrallable sneezing, Itchy eyes, Itchy nose, I can go on all day. I was told it may not work for a week or two so I was hesitant at first but glad I stuck with it as unless it's a huge hayfever attack (which results in a few sneezes now) I feel normal daily.

Prior to this I was waking up with hayfever every morning which would continue for the rest of the day. I would be constantly congested with a blocked nose and this would happen to me EVERYDAY. Once I started using this I no longer experience any of that. This has literally saved my life. I can finally taste food hahaha. 100% would recommend!!!! It’s also GREAT value. However, I do notice if I miss using it for a day, the next day I’ll wake up with those nasty symptoms.... so it’s not a permanent thing but it’s something that manages it for about 28 hours if used correctly. Make sure you use it correctly for best results and spray twice in each nostril.
