Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to apply, subtle perfection I was sceptical about this colour because I have naturally dark lips but it's true - a shade lighter than your natural lip colour is best and a little correction of the natural lip line is all you need to create a neat pout around or under lipstick or tinted lip gloss. And the long-wear/stay-put actually lasts even after a snack. I use Revlon's Fatal Apple gloss to create cool glamour that isn't too loud for the office/daytime.

It comes in a range of colours to suit your occasion and is good value for money. Also available in most beauty stores or chemists.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best drugstore lip liner to purchase! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The colour is so pigmented and it slides on perfectly. I have the RED and use it all over my lips. I feel my lips are never dry, I want to get more. This beautiful lip liner provides that needed long wearing definition that really helps my lip colour last longer. As for prevention, it doesn't feather nor bleed. It only gives me hours definition to my eyes. I love how it comes with handy sharpener too. For longer intensity I layer my favourite lip colour on with a lip gloss. Overall, this is the one of the best drugstore lip liner's to purchase because of the longer-lasting formula and I will continue to buy it. I highly recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Usable with any lipstick consistency [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the Revlon ColorStay Lip liner in the shade of Rose which is a dusty pink colour. The product comes in a wind up retractable crayon tube. It has a black body and a lid in the same shade as the lip liner and a sharpener tail in the same colour and a white mechanism. The text on the tube is written in white ink on the black body. I love the fact that it comes in a wind up tube and I never use the inbuilt sharpener as I hate wastage and the stick is narrow enough to be precise enough for me. The lip liner is easy to control and is very pigmented. The consistency is creamy and you only need one swipe to get the finish you need. I find that this lip liner lasts and does help prevent colour bleeding and feathering from my lipstick. A great product which I would purchase again in this and in other shades. Made in USA

What I love about this product is that it is so creamy and glides on to your lips beautifully. It comes in a plastic tube which is perfect because you won't have to get rid the liner when sharpening it, but instead, at the end of the liner comes with a built-in sharpener! Hands Down! This is a must have!

I often use this liner to over-line my lips and make them look a little fuller and it is perfect for that too! There is a decent range of colours available that adapt well to which ever gloss or lip gloss you apply them with. One of my favourite Revlon products by far!

Its such a good lip liner that's all I can say really. It does its job so well by blending into the lips and fading out any imperfections or cracks and wrinkles on the surface of the lips and gives a very natural finish. Its so easy to apply as well, so creamy and quick to just draw on and head out the door. The colour I use makes it look like I have nothing on my lips but in the most amazing way possible. And it doesn't dry out my lips either and stays put throughout the entire day for me and I completely LOVE IT! However, its quite expensive for a drugstore lipliner. Nevertheless, I will go as far as saying its the best range in the chemist!!

It glides on and is easy to control. It keeps lipstick from feathering, and there's a wide range of colours. The only reason I dont wear lip liner all the time is because I wear lipstick everyday, and I cant justify spending the money so often.

I own this lip liner in the shade Sienna which is a lovely terracotta brown. I use this lip liner for when I'm choosing dark shades for my night out. Of course this lip liner shade is more preferred for brown shades of lippy but I've also tried it under a dark vampy purple and it worked well. I use it because it guarantees me a longer lasting lippy and prevents my lippy from bleeding. I've also played with it on its own and it gives me lips a lipstick like hint of brown colour without drying out my lips. To apply it I feather it across my lips until all is filled in. It's nice and creamy and feels really lovely to apply. As I just stated it doesn't feel drying on and doesn't irritate my lips. To add some shine to the liner I add some lip balm over the top. Now it looks like a brown lip gloss! I was never a huge lip liner wearer until I received this Revlon Lip Liner and now I'm a convert. This lip liner proves to me just why liners are so important for long lasting lipstick. It's so thin and compact so it would be perfect to throw into any handbag or clutch and would be even more perfect for travelling. What a wonderful product and I am very keen to own more from the collection.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Thin Round Tip Enable's Precise Outline [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Revlon ColorStay Lipliner in Sienna / Ocre comes clear plastic wrapped. The lipliner looks like a slim line coloured texta in the hard plastic skinny tube. The hard plastic long cap lid and base butt are the shade of the lipliner. The lipliner is in a retractable twist tube. The butt pulls off to reveal a mini plastic sharpener to keep the crayon like liner end fine and fresh for applying to lips. The shade Sienna / Ocre is a warm chocolate brown tone. It's a great colour that works well with quite a few different shades of brown and copper lipstick. The liner is easy to apply, it runs smoothly around the shape of lips, the rich liner creating instant colour. I have a thin top lip and I have learnt to use liner to help me achieve a fuller lip, this is since becoming a member of BH. Tips and tricks go a long way as to how a lipliner rates. The lipliner does not bleed, it's similar in texture to a rich pastel crayon. With the lipliner the thin round tip enables a precise outline that lipstick blends well with. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very good lip liner than winds up (and down) and so doesn't need sharpening. That's great in a way but I also find it means I can't get it's point as sharp as a pencil's lip liner which is sometimes what I want. I have this in 'Nude' which is similar in colour to Estee Lauder's 'Spice' lip liner which is a very beautiful colour. So this colour is awesome and very natural on my lips and can really make my lips look 'neat' and tidy while not unnatural which is great. The colour of this Revlon lip liner is buildable - the first layer is super natural and then I can make it darker if I apply it again. The staying power of this Revlon lip liner is incredible - I would definitely call it water and time proof! Amazing long-lasting formula. If you're after long-lasting in a lip liner you've found it in this product!

It stays put for a long time, glides on easily and doesn't dry out my lips. I wear the natural shade since it blends in perfectly with my own lip colour then wear a lip gloss over the top. The lip liner also has an inbuilt sharpener which is really neat but so far i haven't needed to use it. this lip liner is definitely a staple in my make up collection now.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Glosscars Best in Beauty 2012 - Line your lips with luxury [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Revlon's ColorStay Lipliners are fantastic, high performance lip liners in a really flattering array of colours. I've walked past these a thousand times in shops without giving them a second thought. Not anymore, they are amazing! These lip liners are really pigmented and so soft and creamy to apply. Once on the lips you have about a minute before they become smudge-proof. But once they set, they are highly durable and non-smearing, and last absolutely all day on your lips without budging. I swatched a couple of the shades on my arm in Priceline one day and the swatches were still there 10 hours later! Revlon's ColorStay Lipliners are retractable pencils, meaning there really is no need for sharpening, but if you do require a fine point there is a built in sharpener at the base of the lip liner. It's simple, effective, and a travel friendly idea. What I love most about Revlon's ColorStay Lipliners is that they don't dry to a super matte finish, they have more of a creamy sheen to them. I don't find that these lip liners dry out my lips either. I'm usually running for a lip balm after colouring in my lips with lip liner but these don't make my lips feel parched at all! Overall, I'm incredibly pleased with Revlon's ColorStay Lipliner. I love the way it looks and feels on my lips. I'll definitely be purchasing a few more shades in the near future. I think every woman would benefit from owning a few of these lip liners!

These lip liners live up to their name and will extend the wear of your lipstick and help prevent feathering or bleeding. The shades I own are pink, rose, red & nude and these 4 colours match the majority of the lipstick shades I own. Plus the automatic winder makes it less messy than traditional pencils. I discovered that these liners are great for work. Usually by around 10am I have ended up eating most of my lipstick off with coffee/tea/snacks ect, so these really help extend the lip colour to lunchtime and beyond. I apply the lip liner by filling in my lips and blending it out with my finger before applying my lipstick or gloss over the top. It can however be a little dry to apply, but that is no problem and I simply apply a lip balm first and let that sink in for a few minutes (I do this anyway for lipsticks). I'm really happy I've found these lip pencils, they are fantastic!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Glosscars BIB - One luxurious lipliner :) [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided to purchase a lipliner because my lipstick kept bleeding during the day, and when applying lipstick no matter how hard I try, I can never seem to stay 'inside the lines'. All I do is line the outside line of my lips with featherlight strokes and then slightly blend the colour inwards, then apply my lipstick. When I use this lipliner, my lipstick NEVER bleeds and it actually lasts longer than usual. It also makes it easier for me to colour in the lines! I am so glad I bought this one because I am really impressed with it. The liner feels luxurious and doesn't drag my delicate lip skin at all, it's really smooth! The fine tip is easy to maintain with the built in sharpener at the opposite end, which you'll never lose. :)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Colourstay - true to its name [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Whislt I generally use a nude lip liner with most of my lipsticks, I did make an exception for Revlon Colourstar lip liner in Sienna, as it's s perfect match for my all time favourite lipstick (funnily enough, Revlon Cokourstay in Sienna). No sharpening required, the liner is soft and draws on smoothly, and lasts well. I find it outlasts the lipstick considerably, so I fill in the lip completely so that even if my lipcolour starts to wear away, it's far less noticeable. Important when you're wearing a bold lipcolour. I use makeup wipes to remove. It can take some effort to remove every trace but my lips aren't stained though.

It does a great job in keeping the vibrancy and the colour doesn't bleed at all. I find colouring my lips in with liner helps the lippy stay put for longer, and it works! Really easy to apply, no mess, no fuss! Very happy with this product!

I discovered that not only does it match perfectly the Lip Butter I got in Pink Truffle, but it lasts pretty much all day and has enough of a presence on the lip-line to stop any of the "nude-ish" lip products I own including Lanolips Lip Ointment and a few lipsticks and glosses etc. I really like that it isn't a pale nude ( I have dark, reddish lips for my pale skin tone & therefore look "dead" in most nudes). I love that you don't need to cart around a sharpener, it always goes on smoothly no matter how cold it is, that the packaging snaps shut firmly so you can put it in your handbag without any worry & that you get at least 4cm of product. I could go on but that would probably bore you...

It lasts all day, is easy to use and comes in a great range of the colours. It comes in a retractable pencil form and I find this really easy to use. The liner is really smooth and doesnt pull, glides right on and stops lippy from bleeding. Deffinately a staple in my makeup collection and will buy again for sure.
