I put it on and dribbled the soccer ball around the house to my excitement that I can now get the proper support I need for a very good price!! Am about to purchase another two :) I feel this is a better option than the one that has the metal knee stabilisers on the sides as from my opinion it seems to support the knee in more of a straight position rather than bending but if you still need the movement and flexibility when playing sports with the support then this cheaper one is excellent for that!! Has my stamp of approval!!

I found it to be firm and supportive with just the right amount of restriction needed. I liked that it didn't slip like other products I tried. It was also easy to wash and dry.

But in the gaps around the Velcro I find it quite uncomfortable when wearing for a while. Good for a few hours at best and does stretch over time. I also bought the Wagner - far more comfortable but is also a looser fit, less sturdy. I just mix the two for comfort.

As soon as I stared using it the pain in my Knee was much reduced and within a few weeks I was able to stop using it and the pain had gone. I certainly aided in my recovery and would recommend it to others
