Directions

After cleansing your face, exfoliate gently. Always wet your face before applying Benzac Blackheads Facial Scrub, massaging it in for 1-2 minutes using your hands - and don't forget to cleanse your neck either! Wash off with warm water and pat your skin dry before applying your treatment gel and finish with a moisturiser. You only need to use the scrub twice a week and we recommend that you only use it in the evening.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Benzac Blackhead Control Facial Scrub for a few weeks now, and I can confidently say it’s made a noticeable difference in my skincare routine. I have acne-prone skin that’s especially prone to blackheads around my nose and chin, and finding a scrub that’s both effective and gentle has always been a challenge until now. The texture of this scrub is really satisfying; it has fine exfoliating particles that feel natural (thanks to the rice extract) and don’t irritate or over-dry my skin. After each use, my skin feels smoother and looks visibly clearer. It doesn’t have that harsh, gritty feel like some other scrubs, which makes it perfect for regular use. This product smells in love with the packaging in the way it looks. Is a great value for money.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Actually works I have rosacea and all of the issues that come with that. I also have dozens of very large open pores with as many blackheads that are very old and deep. Nothing I have used in the past has worked and I have tried a lot. I have even had professional extractions done several times and they just do the same old easy ones in my nose because they can’t get the old, deep black heads out. In one week/3 uses of this product I have cut my blackheads by about a 3rd. I have never seen my skin look this good. It also does not irritate my rosacea at all so it’s great for sensitive skin. My hot tip for making it work really well it’s to steam my face over a bowl of hot water for a few minutes then massage this in and let it sit a few minutes. Then remove with a hot washcloth and add a bentonite clay mask to my face. Once the clay mask is set, wash it off and add the moisture back into your skin. I use a dr jart cicapair mask to do this. The bentonite clay helps squeeze out the blackheads that have been loosened by this benzac product.

I can happily say this product is amazing, I looove the gritty texture that is also exfoliating my skin while fighting blackheads. For those with very dry skin however make sure you moisturise after, I made the mistake of not doing so & well my skin felt clean but suuupeeer dry lol. So don’t forget to moisturise!!!

It isn't too harsh or too gentle. I bought this to try and sort out the blackheads on my nose. They aren't that noticeable at the moment but they are definitely still there. I don't like the smell.
