NIVEA Double Effect Eye Make-up Remover deeply cleanses skin after heavy makeup application, removing extreme waterproof eye make-up and mascara. The sensitive eye area is efficiently yet gently cleansed to protect the eyelashes and sensitive skin surrounding the eye. The caring bi-phase formula with Cornflower Extract means that no rubbing is needed and irritation is avoided.
