Rated 1 out of 5 by from Damaged and torn packaging I've ordered a pack the Waterpik Classic Jet Tips online and collected it at the Chemist Warehouse Dandenong on 14/05/21. After I got home I opened the bag and discovered that the packaging of the Waterpik tips is damaged and torn. It looks as if it's from a pile of old junk. It should not be up for sale to customers as the packaging is damaged and it would be unhygienic for people to use. I sent an email to Chemist Warehouse customer service team the next day regarding to this issue. Got a reply 11 days later told me to get in touch with the store in person. I've already wasted half an hour to collect my order and I am NOT going to waste another half an hour to return this thing! What a joke!!
