Optislim VLCD (Very Low Calorie Diet) is a nutritionally balanced meal replacement designed for people requiring a practical weight management program. Each shake contains all of your daily nutritional requirements , including 25 vitamins and minerals, when you use 3 VLCD products per day.

Directions

In a shaker, add one 40g sachet to 200ml of chilled water and shake to dissolve. Drink immediately. Once prepared any unused portions should be discarded, it should not be stored for use at a later time. One serve of the Optislim VLCD shake can be replaced with one serve of any other product in the VLCD range.
To achieve a healthy weight it is important you live a healthy lifestyle. Initially I thought how could 40gr fill someone for a meal ? But they were on special for $25 so I thought I’d try it and bought the Banana one and I use it in my Ninja. 300 mls cold water, some ice and shaken for around 90 sec produces a frothy drink that has a lovely taste. I’m onto my 3rd Box and the thrill is when someone says to you “ wow have you lost weight?” 1 st week lost 3 kg. ! I do 2-3 shakes a day, after all when it is hot is the best time to do it.
