These small white tablets are easier to swallow i fine compared to the capsule type. All in all, beats having to go outside in the Sun, because as you know when the Sun's UV-B rays hits your skin, a reaction takes place that enables the skin cells to manufacture vitamin D, a bit of science thrown in as well. :-)
