But these U by Kotex Ultrathin Sports Pads have changed my frame of mind, they’re so comfortable and have a great absorbency. I love how they’re thin and very discreet. These however are perfect! The first day I used them was actually overnight because I didn’t have another pad. I was scared to use it as I never really wear ultra thin pads, my go to are the overnight pads. I was concerned I would wake up in a mess but there was no problem. They were still sitting nicely and there was no spillage. When I exercised the next day the pads were again better then I expected. They are super comfortable, they don’t shift and they exceeded my expectations.

Comparing to other brands I have used recently, it actually stayed in place, didn't bunch up and it was so comfy, that I even forget it was there. I am honestly going to change over to this pad instead of the ones I have been using, as I don't have to constantly adjust and make sure it is fitted correctly. Absorbency was really good too, so there was no issue with that. Effortless experience. Highly recommend.
