General Information

Inspired by mums and designed by experts, our Closer to Nature Baby Bottle has an extra-wide neck and breast-like teat to help your baby have the most natural bottle-feeding experience. Made from super soft silicone, the teat has a special breast-like shape that encourages a natural latch and prevents nipple confusion when switching between bottle and breast. This works by mimicking the flex and movement of mum's breast, allowing your baby to feed at a pace that feels comfortable and natural to them. It also features an anti-colic valve to prevent the symptoms of colic by ensuring your little one ingests more milk and less air. Always use this product with adult supervision. Accidents have occurred when babies have been left alone with drinking equipment due to the baby falling or if the product has disassembled.
Never use feeding teats/nipples (delete as appropriate) as a soother/pacifier (delete as appropriate).
Continuous and prolonged sucking of fluids will cause tooth decay. Tooth decay in young children can occur even when non-sweetened fluids are used. This can occur if the baby is allowed to use the bottle for long periods through the day and particularly through the night, when saliva flow is reduced or if it is used as a soother/pacifier (delete as appropriate).
Always check food temperature before feeding. Heating in a microwave oven may produce localised high temperatures. Take extra care when microwave heating. Always stir heated food to ensure even heat distribution and test the temperature before serving.

My baby took the bottle without any issues and it has been great for the last few months. I am glad that I found this bottle. It is easy to clean as well.

Very happy with these. I think it’s because they are so round and large that they do actually represent the real thing so was much easier for him. We only nursed for a few days before I started pumping but it’s amazing how much better my baby responded to these bottles and teats vs the other brands we tried.

It has a nice wide neck which is easy to pour into, and the weird shape is actually amazing for little hands to grab. It comes with a baby handle for when bub grows, and a lid to stop leakage.

She took to then straight away and hasn't had any issues with gas. They are easy to clean. The only drawback is that the tears go up in size in 3 month brackets, but the tests are supposed to be replaced every 2 months. These bottles ended up being a lot more expensive than I realised

So you’re kinda set for the first couple of months before you start to research different types of bottles and teats for your bub. You do have to replace teats quite often and the bottles eventually fog up or fade but they’re still usable. TOMMEE tippee is super affordable and I will always reccomend the sets toy first time mum friends.

As my son got older he started to destroy teats, and I did notice that it was always a lot harder for him to pierce a Tomee Tipee teat over other brands.

My eldest had issues with other bottles when transitioning from Breastfeeding to bottle feeding, but she has always taken to these bottles with no issues. We tried several brands, and this was the only type our baby loved. They are durable and affordable, and we love the design. Next time around we'd love to try the Tommy Tippee glass bottles however, as we move towards more plastic-free baby products.

We did mixed feeding from the start and my son had no trouble at all with this bottle. He still fed from the breast as well. It’s easy to clean and dry, clearly labeled for the amounts and such a cute size and shape that my son could even hold onto it and feed himself very early on. I have them in all different sizes. I’ve kept them all to use if we’re lucky enough to have another baby :)

I choose to switch to them when my second son was a few months as he wasn't feeding properly on the original bottles I had for my first. They are easily accessible and reasonably priced. The teats are a great shape and easy to clean. Highly recommend!

Prior to starting daycare he rarely used a bottle and as a result has been quite fussy and refused a number of bottles. This bottle is one of two he will take, and is the perfect size to pack for daycare. The fastest flowing teat works perfectly for him, and over time he has started to drink more and more milk from it. It also fits perfectly in the tommee tippee bottle warmer we were gifted from a friend.

He still wasn’t overly happy but that’s him being stubborn. The bottles werrr easy to pull apart, easy to clean, easy to store and travel with.

However, she took to these bottles straight away. They are easy to hold (ergonomic) and I love the wide opening as it makes it easy to clean and pour from/into. The bottles have a valve near the tat to assist with air intake to minimise gas. The measurement markings as very clear too. I just purchased the colour pack (pink, blue and purple) which are super cute.

Both my babies would not take to any other bottle teat, they would just push the teat out of their mouth constantly. These teats however only took a few attempts for success! I love that the teat prevents nipple confusion due to the breast like shape. The only bottle I would ever recommend !
