General Information

White King Mould + Soap Scum Remover Lemon 500ml

• Multi-purpose spray for the bathroom
• Delivers a powerful clean to hard surfaces
• Very tough on mould and soap scum
• Leaves the bathroom with a subtle, lemon-fresh fragrance.
• Eradicates mould; hygienically cleans (kills 99.99% of germs); kills germs such as E. coli, Salmonella and Staphylococcus.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Bleaching and Colourfast Test: Spray undiluted in a hidden area and leave for 3 to 5 minutes and rinse off. If no change has occurred, use as directed.

FIRST AID INFORMATION

For advice, contact a Poisons Information Centre (Phone 13 11 26 Australia; 0800 764 766 New Zealand) or a doctor. If swallowed do not induce vomiting. If in eyes, hold eyelids apart and flush the eye continuously with running water. Continue flushing until advised to stop by the Poisons Information Centre or a doctor, or for at least 15 minutes. If skin or hair contact occurs, remove contaminated clothing and flush skin and hair with running water.

FLAMMABLE WARNING

Corrosive. May produce severe burns. Attacks skin and eyes. Vapour may be harmful. May give off dangerous gas if mixed with other products.

Ingredients

Active Ingredients: Sodium Hypochlorite 47g/L Available Chlorine 4.4%m/v. At use by date: Available Chlorine 1.8%m/v. Sodium Hydroxide 8g/L

Directions

Do not swallow.
Spray directly onto surface from a distance of 25cm. Leave for 5 minutes and then rinse thoroughly. For difficult stains and soap scum, scrub/wipe before rinsing of the solution.

USAGE ADVICE

Do not use on laminates, bare steel, stainless steel, marble, aluminium, unpainted metal or worn, chipped enamel in baths and basins. Do not refill bottle. Wash hands after use.

SAFETY DIRECTIONS

Wear eye protection and gloves when using. Ensure adequate ventilation when using. Do not mix with hot water. Do not mix with detergents or other chemicals. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Use only as directed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It did really well [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It did great in removing mould and soap scum inside the shower and the sink, you just need to leave it for 3-5 minutes then a little bit of scrubbing would eliminate most of it. However for aged moulf and scum, I find that I need to let the remover stay longer and I need to vigorously scrub. Lastly, I didn’t appreciate the smell, it was too strong, I needed to open the bathroom door just to ensure that I don’t suffocate but I think most cleaning products has this smell.

This pic shows a clean spot and a not clean Ed spot. The product has a thick viscosity and sticks to the surface. The glass in my shower has been clean of soap scum for a fortnight with no extra cleaning. I do have very chemical filled water in my house and it doesn’t stop the water leaving droplet marks but these polish off.

The corners of my shower were yellowing and I have scrubbed them before with other products which did not do much but thought I'd give this product a go. I probably left it a little too long (2hrs as opposed to 5mins as recommended by the product) but I just gave it a rinse and all the yellow mould is gone to reveal my brand new WHITE grout again!!! What I do is I spray it on the area and let it sit for a few minutes before wiping it off. I would definitely repurchase again.

I doubted its efficacy; so left it on for about 20 minutes after spraying the tiles, grouting and shower glass. I still had to wipe everything over to complete the task properly but was astounded at the fantastic results. It's easily the best product I've used for showers which are always the hardest to clean. I only use it fortnightly; so it's also a cost effective product.

It did work by applying the spray on the ‘problem spots’ and await for abt 5 mins. But unfortunately the mould will appear again after some days. I am wondering if there’s a product can apply to prevent mould growth and to eliminate it a bit more permenantly.
