My experience however is that after a heavy session in the gym, one scoop after the workout has improved my muscle recovery. This is the first supplement I have used deliberately for muscle recovery and I’m sticking with it, as it works for me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Glutamine is Great I frequently purchase INC Glutamine from Chemist Warehouse. Always in stock and sometimes you can get TWO for ONE. How great is that. No other chemists offer that deal. I have it each morning to replace depleted stores of Glutamine from my muscles due to overnight sleep and body repair. I also mix it with milk and INC Whey Protein and drink this after each weightlifting routine - three times per week. Consuming this after each workout again replaces glutamine depleted from muscles due to the workout. A great product and any serious bodybuilder needs to add this supplement to their supplements routine.

I have a lot of injuries and gut health issues so I require a lot of support and this supplement delivers everything that I need on a daily basis. The best time to get the most benefit from this product is to start post workout and afternoon sipping to evening as our gut health requires calming down later in the day. It’s best taken before bed to optimise the nutrients you need for muscle recovery and cell repair. I love INC, I love chemist warehouses sales and the convenience of always having stock! I’ll always use this brand
