I am a diabetic and unable to load up sufficiently prior to the gym (I am only able to consume child portions of food) but find the protein powder is agreeable with my metabolism. Bulking up is very easy for this senior.

I wasn't a fan of the taste when I mixed it with water, but I highly recommend combining it with a coffee and enjoying it warm. It tastes far better than either product does on its own.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Why I use INC WPI vanilla every day When it goes on sale this product is what I work out to be the best blend of protein/carbs/fat for its price, and since I use it in a smoothie every day I think it tastes great. Just with water it can be a little bland. Some protein powers require more than a standard scoop for a serving which affects the KG that you purchase. This product is 1 scoop for 1 serve and for such a high quality WPI it works out great value. 9/10 would recommend
