One scoop is one serve unlike some other brands where one serving (~30g protein) can sometimes be anywhere from 2-6 scoops.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I LIKE IT A LOT! I love this stuff. It mixes up well, tastes VERY chocolatey (even when mixed with water), contains 25g protein per serve (30g would be optimum). Comes with it's own measuring scoop but the scoop can be too large for some shakers. Definitely NOT a meal replacement as it doesn't contain vitamins & minerals but it does contain heaps of amino acids. Great for before or after a workout.
