I love having INC 100 Dynamic Whey Vanilla Flavour for breakfast - but not as a drink. It makes perfect pancakes - and they are nutritious and have no evil ingredients. It's simple. Crack an egg into a blender. Put in a cut up banana. Add 1 scoop of INC 100 Dynamic Whey Vanilla Protein and a dash of milk and some cinnamon. That's it! Really. Whizz this up and pour some into a heated frypan moistened with coconut oil. Fry till you see the top lose its gloss and bubbles forming. Use a spatula to turn it over for about 30 seconds. Keep making these Protein pancakes till the mixture is all used. You should get about 8 pancakes - each about 10 cm in diameter. INC 100 Dynamic Whey Vanilla is great eaten this way. You'll get your Protein and some carbs as well as healthy oils. Top with some Greek Yoghurt and your choice of fruit and some maple syrup! Yummy.

Last two I have purchased don’t taste the same at all and it’s not a pleasant taste. Won’t be buying it again, would have liked at least it labeled as a new formula if that’s what they have done.
