General Information

2 Litre Hot water bottle

Warnings

Do Not use boiling water . Use hot water heated to maximum 42 degrees celsius .Hot water bottle can cause burns. Avoid prolonged direct contact with skin . This hot water bottled is designed to be partly filled (up to 2/3 of capacity).Plastic bags can be dangerous . To avoid danger of suffocation ,keep bad away from babies and children.

Common Uses

Using Hot water : a safe and natural way to keep warm  and for the temporary therapeutic relief from aches & pains. Using Iced Water : a safe and natural way to keep cool and the temporary relief of sprains and bruises.

Directions

Before use : Remove stopper ,firmly grip both flat sides of the hot water bottle and pull apart gently to ensure both sides are separated before adding water.

My only prior experience with hot water bottles was once when I was a kid at my grandmothers and it leaked all through my bed so I had a negative opinion of them! I got these recently and they are fantastic. They don't leak! They keep me comfortable all night and if I feel too warm they are easy to move further away from your body.
