The strap length, flexibility and width is the most practical and useful so far. It fits me and my partner. Will consider more purchases for family with lower back pain and shoulder pain who can use and still be mobile.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not worth the money poor product Bought a his today for lumbar back pain , for one the ice pack hardly gets cold no matter how long it’s in the freezer , unless you laying down with the belt of you won’t feel the ice pack compress against your back whilst standing . Have to jam a pack of frozen peas down there . Waste of $20 as I was planning on using it this for a job that requires a lot of standing
