What is Garcinia Cambogia?
Garcinia gummi-gutta is the botanical name for the exotic fruit tamarind, also known as Garcinia cambogia. Garcinia has been traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine to assist in the reduction of excess weight, to promote feelings of satiety and to suppress the appetite.

I have been taking recommended dosages and my husband and I have already felt the differences in our appetite. Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good but pricey I bought Carusos Garcinia 7500 when it was selling for an introductory price a little while ago. It works really well as an appetite suppressant and the high strength of 7500mg beats most other brands of garcinia by far. The bottle is very generous with 120 tablets and so lasts a long time - definite value for money. The tablets are pretty big, which I don’t find that to be an issue, but they do have a break line to cut the tablet in half if needed. I don’t experience any side effects from these which is great - they do the job of suppressing appetite and make it easier to stick to weight loss/management goals - but just be aware that these do not cause weight loss on their own, but work well with a balanced diet and some exercise. I do wish Caruso’s garcinia tablets had stayed at introductory price, or at least went on sale more often - the current price tag is its only downfall. otherwise, Caruso’s garcinia 7500 is a great product and I recommend it to those contemplating buying it!
