Rated 5 out of 5 by from I can finally sleep on my sides again! I have 16 ear peircings. I have tried everything to stop my ears from reacting. Bepanthan, sudocream, magnoplasm (which does work, its just messy), diluted detol solution, betadine and even the spray they give you. Nothing works for me. I always get keloids and infections. I bought this on a whim, ready to try anything at this point. I have been using this gel for about a month now, and I can honestly say, it's the best treatment I've come across. Easy to apply, (I use cue-tips and apply twice a day), and it does the job! My only gripe is that the bottle isn't big enough, so I'll have to purchase more for my other upcoming piercings! If you have sensitive skin like me, I would reccomend this in a heartbeat! I can finally sleep on my sides again!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Better than a spray I had my nips pierced 18 months ago. One healed up fine, the other didn’t. It proceeded to be permanently enlarged, easily irritated and would just randomly ache. Occasionally it would get so badly irritated I would be in pain for days and it would bleed. I went through 4 250ml bottles of the spray sold at the piercing place, to no real relief. I got this, hoping it would clear up the latest irritation. It has almost completely healed the piercing in less than a week. It can be moved and is almost at the same level of tolerance as the other one. I didn’t expect it, but I’m so excited and happy I found it! Best piercing antiseptic ever!
