I bought this a month ago for my partner because his job requires him to heavy lift and stay up all night due to his shift times, he is also very active and thus very prone to back pain and muscle pulls. Ever since he started using this, it has improved his recovery to the minor injuries he might get during his day. The best thing is it works as a cold pack as well so helps to beat the Australian heat during Summer.

This year I decided to try this one and after only 30 seconds in the microwave I noticed it caught alight straight away (microwave plate was moving around). Would not recommend this one.
