General Information

Ponstan 250mg Capsules for the relief of period pain.

Uses:

This product is indicated for the relief of period pain.

Pharmacy Medicine.

Easy to swallow.

Boxed Contents: 20 capsules

Size: 20 Pack

Directions

For use by adults and children from 14 years and over: Take 2 capsules swallowed whole with water three times a day with food from the onset and for the duration of pain. Ponstan should be taken at the first sign of pain to maximise effectiveness.

I took once 2 tablets a few hours before I had my period and wow it worked miracles instantly. I usually sleep off the pain the first few days because that's how bad my cramps get. Best choice ever ladies you won't go wrong with ponstan it really works! I tried it, my sister's tried it! why not give it a go and experience the results yourself.

However my only downfall with this medication is that I struggle to sometimes swallow- Even though it’s small the capsule will float to the top of your mouth and makes it harder to swallow with any liquid.
