Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent for joint pain I have been using this for a few years now. Was actually recommended the Green Lipped Muscle for my dog who had a bad shoulder by my Vet friend. Looked up the human version for myself as, I was needing surgery on my very painful knee, and found this. Within a month, I noticed an improvement and have since cancelled my surgery. I take two a day with food. Shouldn't take it if taking NSAIDs but I take it instead of. If I need to take an NSAID then I skip the Blooms Green Lipped Muscle with Turmeric that day. Research have shown both Green Lipped Muscle and also Turmeric to be effective for joint and muscle pain and I concur.
