Even better - I like the improved formula - no Phosphates, Parabens or Paraffins, and yet ot still lathers really well and my scalp feels fresh and clean afterwards. Lasts well and leaves our scalp and hair in great condition, very, very happy with Head and Shoulders Apple Scent :)

I tend to get quite an itchy scalp in the more humid summer months (QLD’er) so timing of this test was perfect for me. It took a couple of days for me to notice any real difference. On my third daily use, I started to notice a difference in itchiness with my scalp. 6 days in now and there is a noticeable lessening of skin flaking and itchiness. It lathers up nicely and has a pleasant scent. I purchased the conditioner this afternoon so interested to see if that helps further as I’d still been using my regular conditioner with it until today. I’d definitely consider using this longer term, particularly through the summer months.

However, I didn’t particularly like this shampoo, while it was effective, the scent was too overpowering and it would linger all day. I’m not a fan of artificial apple scent and this one was far too strong.

It does the job, but it's nothing special. It has a very strong fruity smell, which is nice, but I'm not into shampoo and conditioner having these strong smells. I just want something to clean and moisturise my hair. The smell was evident when opening the bottle and washing my hair, but not so much when your hair was dry. Head and Shoulders products definitely work the best to reduce and eliminate dandruff, even mild cases like mine and this Apple Fresh version was no different... it cleans the hair and scalp well. I don't know, I just wanted something else like silky hair or some volume, but this just seemed like any other good cleaning shampoo. Probably won't use again, because I have another Head and Shoulders I prefer more.
