Slide the floss into the gaps between your teeth using a gentle sawing motion until you reach the gumline. Carefully guide the floss up and down against the tooth surface on both sides of the gum "triangle" until you feel a slight resistance from the gum. Rinse as necessary.

I put few of these into my bag and they are so convenient to use. the single packaging is very thoughtful too. The floss bit is smooth and fine, the tooth pick part is thin and flexible. Love this product!

The individual wrap means you can keep a few in the handbag, and the pick, unlike other brands, is not folded into the handle. That makes it much easier to use. It's sharpness lets it access tight spaces. The tape is more robust than the threads of other brands. It captures more food residue and does not shred.
