I recommend giving it a go, it’s not even expensive

Since buying this to try it while we were all sick, my 1 year old daughter has had the most softest sleeps much less tossing and turning during the night, and falls asleep much quicker as it's very relaxing. so now we use it every night and I highly recommend it :)

Unfortunately hasn't made a difference to his sleeps - still waking every 2 hours at night - so sleep training is my last and only resort. This inhalant is EXTREMELY strong-smelling, I don't like it at all, and wondering if it might be too strong for a 6 month baby at the rate it does my own head in.
