Rated 4 out of 5 by from Definitely Helpful I got my first bottle of these almost a year ago now. One a day, every day for maintenance, and 3 a day for outbreaks. Usually during stressful situations I am more prone to outbreaks, as well as if I'm smoking. However in the last year I've only had one outbreak which is now (May 2023 now), and the severity is nothing on how they usually are. Most Lysine tablets, vitamins etc. contain around 500mg of Lysine Hydrochloride, where-as these have 1000mg and that definitely helps. Highly recommend giving them a go. Especially for the price per tablet/per bottle.
