Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great whitening strips I have only been using these for 4 and a half days (twice a day) and have noticed great results, on the second day of using them i saw a huge difference. My teeth are a bit sensitive but that the only downside but was completely expected and was noted on the instructions. I like that it's a gradual change so it's not going obviously from yellowish teeth to ridiculously white teeth!
