The pigment is bright and doesn’t dry out my lips like many others. It moisturises my lips and stays put. I only need to apply once and I’m good to go for the rest of the day. It lasts forever and I always come back to this pink (shade: 020 lovesick). I continue to try Other products but I always come back to old faithful.

It’s a subtle red and is easy to apply. The colour lasts well and gives my lips a fuller look. Absolutely love this lip stain and wear it every day.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Vibrant, Long-Lasting Lip Colour [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Revlon ColorBurst Balm Stains are cute little lip products that pack a massive punch! I actually wore one of these to my wedding, and the colours truly last all day, despite eating, drinking, etc. The packaging is super cute and easy to use, and I love that the colour is displayed over the entire item (rather than just at one end, like traditional lipsticks). The balm is super easy to apply, with incredible pigmentation. They are great for layering and building colour as well, depending on how intense you want your look to be. This product is super easy to remove with any standard makeup remover.

It will make your face come alive naturally. It will give you a natural tint if you lightly apply it but it can also give you a fabulous shiny layer of colour when you apply it thick. It has a pepperminty smell and feel when applied, tastes nice ok too. The product is roll up, which is very convenient.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to apply, lasts ages [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a bit skeptical of the design of the balm stain, as I wasn't sure whether the large crayon like applicator would allow me to stay within the lines of my lips, but I was pleasantly surprised. Not only does the small and thin tube fit easily inside my handbag or purse, the colour of the lipstain lasts for a whole day (with applications after eating/drinking). It slides on really easily, and has a nice minty fragrance that works to soften and smooth my lips.. all in all, a winner!

I often don’t feel like wearing a heavy lipstick when working or running errands but my natural lip colour is quite pale which makes me look unwell if I don’t put anything on. This lip balm is awesome. It gives a subtle tint and is moisturising. It lasts well and is super easy to reapply. I love the shade ‘honey’ because it gives a natural ‘my lips but better’ colour.

They really do stain your lips in a way that they won't fade or smudge no matter how many cheek kisses you give or drinks you sip! (and they do still come off easily with makeup remover). They have a minty scent which is subtle enough that you don't get a headache, and they feel so moisturising on your lips that they double as a lip balm with incredible colour! They are easy enough to apply that you also don't need a lip liner.

This product has a minty scent, but quickly goes away - so never a problem for me. I love the chubby crayon, as it looks super cute and easy to toss in my handbag. Reading all the reviews here, I don't know why so many people complain about its staying power. Probably just me, but I find the colour pretty pigmented and it does stain really well - about 5 to 6 hours. I always use these as lipstick, rather than lip balm. I just need one swipe and use my finger to blend. It is also definitely buidable for a more intense, bold look. The formula is very smooth and hydrating, lips feel comfortable all day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how convenient and wearable these lovely balm colours are, and the peppermint fragrance adds to the breezy fresh feel of the product. For an everyday makeup look, I much prefer to wear something light and sheer that's moisturising, and not have to stress about whether my lip colour has faded or worn off or smudged terribly halfway through the morning. Easy to apply, in shades that are easy to wear, moisturising and light on the lips, and a very reasonable price. What more could you ask for, really? Except perhaps: More Colours!!! Being a balm the staying power is not the longest, but as they're so easy to touch up and reapply I don't find this bothersome.

Not only was the colour I had perfect for everyday, it also helped with my dry, chapping lips. I was very impressed with the colour Cherish, and it quickly became part of my regular beauty routine. I originally used only lipsticks, but this product has definitely changed my opinion. Will continue to purchase!

This has replaced my Baby Lips Lip Balms and for good reason. I have this in the shade 001 Honey which is a gorgeous natural pink shade. When applying this to the lips, it gives a tingly and cool feeling and smells quite minty. I actually notice that it not only adds a gorgeous flush of colour to the lips, but also makes them look a bit more plumped! It has pretty great longevity and I don't need to re-apply too much as my lips stay pretty much soft, hydrated, and tinted for a long time.

It's one of the most comfortable stains I've ever tried. It applies like a lip balm but the colour and wear is so much better! The shade I have is a subtle red with a slight glimmer. It looks beautiful on, I usually use it when I do a simple cat eye and it looks "done" but still daytime appropriate. It is very comfortable, you can't feel it at all. It lasts ages, I can go for hours without needing to touch it up. Another thing I love is the packaging, it's so handy to have it in a crayon design, I can touch up my lips without a mirror! A little goes a long way, and my tube has lasted me a long time. It's very easy to remove at the end of the day with a makeup wipe or liquid remover. Love this product and highly recommend!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lovely staining and balmy lip product [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I own several color of the Revlon Balm Stains in Rendezvous, Honey and Lovesick. The orange shade does not stain the lips as much as Honey or Lovesick. Lovesick has the strongest staying power with the highest amount of pigment. Honey was more of a deep, pinkish brown on my lips and it too, have rather strong staining power. Overall, the Balm Stains were pigmented and balmy on the lips. The pencil form makes it easy to apply and carry around for touch ups. I do not like the peppermint flavour of the Balm Stains, however, they are affordable and good quality lip products. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who loves a lip product that will fade off nicely, yet still leave a stain on the lips. There is also a range of color to pick from so, there will be a color suitable for anyone.

The formula of it is lovely, it really feels like a lightweight lip balm when you apply it, and the balmy feel stays on your lips for a couple of hours and then the shine disappears, but you're still left with a nice natural looking stain on your lips. I also love the smell of it, its quite minty and it feels slightly tingly when you apply it. The pigmentation is nice, it's not as pigmented as a lipstick but its more pigmented than a tinted lip balm, so it looks pretty natural on the lips.

The colour is translucent, but gives my lips this lovely blush and enhances the natural colour of my lips. I really love this product, it does have a peppermint scent, which i like, and has a sort of cooling feel on the lips. Im going to have to get one of the darker shades to see how that looks.

It's great for day to day wear and comes in a cute chubby pencil packaging. It gives a great pop of colour and moisturising but isn't too shiny. I found the colour to be more concentrated than other tinted lip balms, it's probably closer to a sheer lipstick in terms of colour and texture. I did find the peppermint a bit tingly straight after applying it, it does go away after a minute or so and leaves a light minty scent.

A while ago I bought the Adore shade as a great alternative to lipstick on a night out. I love that it stains the lips so that if you are eating and drinking you don't end up with such an obvious lack of colour in the centre of your lips which also makes it easy to touch up if needed. The pencil is really convenient and slips easily into a bag or pocket and travels well. With the darker shades you do need to use a mirror as it will slightly stain the skin if you make a mistake. The pencils have a slight minty smell which fades quickly and I find that they are not as drying on the lips as other long lasting lip products. I was recently looking for a product for work that would be long lasting as at times I do not have times to do touch ups. I tried a number of long lasting lipsticks by various companies but found them very drying so although I wasn't sure about the colour I purchased this in Honey. It has turned out to be 'my lips just better' and is a nice pink colour with a hint of gloss. Overall, this is a great product which is long wearing and moisturises the lips better than other long lasting lip colours. I will definitely be buying this product again!

You can either apply a sheer layer or go over your lips several times for a more intense colour. I have also used it on my cheeks as a blush so they match.

It stays all day without it drying my lips out and making them feel uncomfortable. I find the colours are quite pigmented for a balm product. It's such a great product for daily use as you can just chuck it on and off you go!

It's affordable, lovely color pay-off, moisturizing and has amazing staying power. It has nice refreshing minty flavour unlike the sweet vanilla fragrances of other lip sticks. The color Crush is a lovely plum shade which brightens my complexion. I don't have to worry about touch ups no matter what I eat as the stain will still be retained. It can only be removed with a makeup remover.

I am always on hunt for a lip stain or lip stick that is long wearing and comfortable on the lips. Despite having a dry, flaky lips, the formula does not emphasis this and is super comfortable on the lips. It feels more like a balm, rather than a lipstick, and the crayon makes is super easy to apply on the go. While it has a minty scent, it does not feel tingly when applied. I use the color "Honey" and it is a perfect MLBB shade. Depending on the mood, I can wear the shade sheer (MLBB) or more intense (deep berry-pink). Overall, I am very happy with this product. I can't wait to try other shades in this collection.

This product comes in a thick transparent crayon type container with a lid. The colour of the plastic matches the colour of the stain and it has a silver coloured twist mechanism to bring the product up to be used. Once opened I do notice the refreshing peppermint fragrance which all colours have but there is no taste to match. The colour pay off of the stain is very nice and flattering if you only want a tiny amount of colour you can get that or you can rub more product on to get a better colour payoff. The product glides on smoothly and it does give you some moisture therefore it does not dry your lips after a few hours like a previous stain I had used. A great lip colour which does not need a lip liner, blotting etc

Here's why I love it - Well pigmented, color payoff is amazing with the darker shades. Gives lips a slight sheen but it's not super glossy but not matte either. It's moisturizing and makes my lips feel hydrated and soft. Goes on smooth and glides onto lips without tugging or pulling. Love the minty fresh scent and how my lips tingle upon application. It lasts for HOURS through eating and drinking. The packaging is easy to use and hygienic. Again... LOVE these so much! My favorite shades are Smitten and Lovesick.

I love how it is so easy to glide, moisturising and the colour is so good, buildable and just nice. It was really hard to choose the colour as there are variety of colours offered. I personally like balmy type products over lipsticks, and these do not disappoint. They apply smoothly and when applied, feel slightly more sticky than balmy. This I feel makes the balm stay put for a longer time period than more buttery balms. I do enjoy the peppermint sensation it gives, and the buildability of the colour. Your lips still remain somewhat stained once the balm has worn off, which I quite like. I currently own 3 of the shades (orange, the vivid pink and the red) and am considering purchasing more!
