I feel like matte looks is one of the best and matte nude lips are my FAVOURITE! This didn't dry my lips out or make them looks flaky as I feel nudes usually do to you. Smells great and even application. Again, not very easy to get off your skin should it get on so precise application is needed. This lasts so long on your lips so it's perfect for a night out, also small enough to throw in a little clutch. Must have for anyone and everyone!

However these are perfect; they are pigmented, the shade range is gorgeous, and they're not drying at all while still giving me a perfect matte pout. I absolutely love these!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lovely Lippie [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the Revlon Colorburst™ Matte Balm in Mischievous on a whim, it is a bright coral colour and was a great mood lift on a dreary day. What really surprised me was how the shape of the lippie made it so easy to apply - I can get it right without even looking in a mirror. The other surprise was how well the colour lasted given that this is a balm, it is lovely and soft, moisturising and doesn't leave my lips feeling dry. I usually purchase much more expensive brands of lipstick in more traditional packaging and have to say that even though this looks like a crayon rather than a lipstick the style and shape works really well to deliver a fantastic result. I will definitely be buying this lipstick in other shades in the future.

The usual long wearing lip colours look great for the first hour but then they turn dry and flakey. The moisturising colours are also great but usually there is no lasting power. In comes this product in the colour 'Standout'. An amazing red lip that goes on like a balm, has a peppermint smell, is super moisturising and lasts for hours!! I wore this colour to a friend's wedding and people kept asking me what it was. I was eating and drinking and even though the colour faded a tad it was still put! The whole time I was wearing it, it felt like a balm. Thanks to the triple butter complex my lips felt and looked smooth and moisturised. This product is very pigmented which is perfect for a red lip look. An everlasting product that is intense in colour but feels like a balm; absoulute perfection.

The texture on the lip feels smooth and doesnt irritate nor dry up my lip which is probably the most important aspect for any lip product. I dont like those lipstick that dries up your lip after a few hours. Although it's a bit transferable but the colour power stain is great.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not my HG but certainly comes really close [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the shades Elusive (205) which is a nude pink and Unapologetic (210) which is a bright coral pink. Elusive is my favourite everyday MLBB though it does look a little brighter and pinker than the usual nude MLBBs. The colour is quite similar to NYX Tea Rose but without the cream finish. Unapologetic is a great eyecatching pink that almost verges on being neon (but in a classy way). Both the shades I have are quite matte and the colour payoff is brilliant! I do tend to use around 2 swipes but that's just so that I can get my whole lip coloured. Lasting power varies between the two shades. Elusive tends to last around 3-4 hours and fades whilst eating or drinking. Unapologetic lasts around 4-5 hours and leaves a soft subtle tint which I quite like. However Unapologetic can transfer a little if you aren't careful. The product is creamy enough so that it is possible to not wear lip balm underneath. However I would recommend using balm anyways as I found that it prevented the colour from sinking into the lip lines and drying the lips out. Packaging is quite nice and has a matte casing so you can tell them apart from the regular lip stains. It comes in a screw up crayon packaging which I really like. Application is really easy. I usually have difficulty applying lipsticks from a tube and I found that crayon style lip products tend to be easier for me to apply.

I love matte finish lip products so when I stumbled upon these at a Revlon counter a while ago I was super excited. Most of them were sold out at the time but I managed to purchase the shade 225 'Sultry'. I thought this shade was one that would be appropriate for the Office. It's a lovely pink/plum colour. Very neutral. The product glides on smoothly, is very pigmented & didn't have any patchiness on application. It doesn't dry my lips out at all, although I do tend to use a lip balm under any lip product I use. Lipstick never seems to linger on my lips for too long but as this disappears, it leaves a hint of stain so I still have some colour. Overall, very happy with this product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing Matte colour [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are just amazing. The colour is really bold and pigmented. It lasts for quite a number of hours and stays truly matte without drying out your lips or bleeding. They do eat off after a few hours wear and will leave colour around the edge of your lips so you will need to re-appIy. The crayon/chubby pen style packaging is wonderful for ease of application and travel. If you manage to keep the pointed tip, you can ignore using a liner pencil. The texture is very light feeling and packs a punch of colour without being waxy or drying. There is a slightly minty scent and flavour to the three colours I have. Not sure if this is true of all the colours available. I didn't expect much out of these but I would say they are better than some of the more expensive brands these crayons are copies of. Overall I think these are great if you want a bold matte lip colour without breaking the bank.

I was so keen to try them that I bought them in three different colours. And they do not dry out your lips and start to look flakey like other matte lipsticks or balms I've tried. They're so easy to apply and the colour has very good staying power. I found myself only reapplying about once per day. I even prefer these to the clinique chubby sticks because of revlon's staying power. They also have the feel and smell of applying a minty type of lip balm but this comes with colour. I would buy these in every colour if I could!

Rich colour pay off that lasts all day, the balm makes them soft and easy to apply, but as the gloss wears off the stain remains. They all have the same peppermint smell and I cannot fault this product.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Mix between lipstick, lipgloss and lip pencil I've been using Revlon Matte Balm for a while now. It glides on very easy and colour is very pigmented and remains without constant reapplication. It is also very hydrating and doesn't cause any issues with feathering and cracking. However, it can smudge whilst wearing a surgical face mask or if you touch your lips so be careful when hugging other people.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice Coral Red - contains peppermint oil [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the Revlon Matte Balm in "Striking" which I got in a Priceline goody bag. This 2.7g lip balm is made in USA. Its a crayon type balm which twists up from the bottom and it has a secure lid. The tube and lid are very good representations of the lip balm colour. Striking is a matte coral red but leans more towards the red on me. I consider myself a fair olive (if that makes sense) with neutral undertones. It contains peppermint oil and I get the peppermint tingle when I apply on my lips but it doesn’t last for too long. When I apply in the morning before work, it usually doesn't need reapplying till about lunch, even after a couple cups of coffee. I do like the colour and texture. It isn’t drying and applies smoothly. It brightens up my face and I will continue to use it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Comfortable matte balm [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have this balm in the color sultry and what a gorgeous color it suits my complexion perfectly(olive skin), it applies smoothly on my lips, it is long-lasting and highly pigmented. It is purse-friendly, it has a minty scent and cooling effect which I don't mind at all. It feels so comfortable on my lips whenever I wear it. I do not feel that my lips are struggling with dryness like other matte balms. I would recommend Revlon lip products, they are amazing for the quality they offer and a great value for money too.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Really nice long lasting lipstick [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoyed this product, it has nice sturdy feeling packaging (though not sure I would trust it loose in my handbag) and I really enjoy the colour and finish. I got this in the shade 225 Sultry, which for me is slightly darker than my natural lip colour which makes this a nice almost nude for me. It has a slight minty smell, which plumps up the lips a little bit which is nice because sometimes matte lipsticks can emphasise the lines in your lips but I feel like this has a good balance of being matte but not overly drying or texture emphasising. This lasts quite well on me and as it is close to my natural lip colour it doesn't look too crazy when it starts to wear off. Another plus is that it does re apply well and doesn't look cakey when you layer it, though if you are reapplying more than like four times it does start to get a bit crusty looking. Overall I really like this lipstick and would recommend it!

I find it easy to use, even as it gets "blunt" due to use. I find it stays on for a few hours, but does need reapplying after that. It dries quickly and has a smooth texture. I would like a nicer nude shade - but the bright colours are great in this range. This is very matte colour and I would not recommend applying a gloss or lip balm over as this prevents the product from drying properly.

It has almost a minty feeling when applied, tingling the lips, and has a slightly minty scent. It can be applied quite opaque, but also can be built up to increase the colour intensity. I find that it doesn't last all night, being a 'balm' kind of texture, but is good if you are wanting a more natural look. Very easy to apply, but need to be careful you don't go outside your lips as the tip is quite thick.

It can smudge a little bit and if your wearing a darker shade i would recommend maybe wearing a lipliner and it can smudge throughout the day. It stays all day, but if you wipe it off it leaves a stain on your lips which is quite good also. Would definitely recommend and i will be using this quite a lot :)

Otherwise, I am almost completely happy with it. It's creamy, smells nice, isn't drying and is the closest to a true matte I've ever gotten out of a non-liquid lip product. However, this may be the underlying problem as to how it goes on. It tugs a little and gets stuck in lines. It's not exactly "patchy" but just hard to apply evenly. Other than this, I love it - very pigmented and lasts a long time. Would definitely repurchase in a more flattering shade!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Beautiful colours and non drying on your lips [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These were funnily enough given to me by my husband. I'm generally sceptical of his choices but was pleasantly with his choice this time. I am a matte lover and the two colours I have so far (yes I need to have more they're that good) is the 210 'unapologetic' and the 205 'elusive'. Upon application they feel so smooth going onto the lips, the colour is instantaneous and the matter effect leaves you with gorgeous but subtle lip colour. The 210 shade is more of a bright pink something I'd not normally wear but it's so nice in the matte I wear it all the time. I find I do need to tidy up around the corners of my mouth and underneath my bottom lip and apart from the fact they're not as long lasting as I'd like them to be in really enjoy the product. Definitely my go to for a day out shopping or a dinner out. Not something I'd use for a night on the town as it doesn't last as long as I'd like it to but if you're happy to reapply then also a perfect option.

I bought no.210 - quite a light pink It went on really nicely and with a pointed tip I could fill the shape of my lips really well. It did nit have shine but looked better than I thought a matte lip balm would. As soon as I put it on my lips felt like they were full of moisture. All in all I thought this was a relly great product that I will definitely be repurchasing.

I find it very comfortable to wear for a matte it's quite creamy and doesn't cling to dry patches - even if it did, the shade is so lovely it'll distract from that. Loving the mintiness of the crayon, it's so easy to apply. I experience minimal transfer with this method: 1. Apply layer as you normally would 2. Blot with a tissue 3. Re-apply another layer It also lasts up to 6 hours (leaves a nice stain after 2 hours) on me when I apply like above. Also, I have this in Elusive but I think it's too light a pink for me and doesn't really suit me so I don't use it too often - this one can emphasise dry lips so exfoliate and moisturise!

Only thing am not happy about is the longevity or staying power.Wish it was 10 hour stay atleast but other than that very happy with the product!

I have a few different colours now and each one works brilliantly for different looks. The colour comes out smooth and fresh and stays on well despite not being a lipstick or gloss but a balm! i was so suprised how pigmented and bright the colour was. Revlon has really created a great product that keeps the lips hydrated whilst still providing a great pop of colour.
