Swisse Ultiboost Evening Primrose Oil helps to relief inflammation, support health and wellbeing, and maintain healthy skin. It is a rich source of gamma linolenic acid (GLA), a long-chain fatty acid that research suggests may be low in women with premenstrual syndrome (PMS).
