Rated 2 out of 5 by from Eyeliner Break Easily! I need a water-proof and smuge-proof eyeliner and happy I found this Maybelline Master Liner Soft Pencil online at a decent price. But the pencil core breaks easily when apply and it became blunt will not work on the lash line. Don't think it will last as it keep breaking thus not worth buying even it is cheaper than other brands.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not a paid review, not impressed The liner goes on like a cheap crayon, its patchy and even when you try to layer it up it never gets any darker and almost takes off what you've already put on. Claims to be waterproof but slides right off your waterline in minutes, says its smudge proof but it comes off and smudges pretty easily.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Smudged eyes will make one look tired.. If the smudged panda is your goto then go for it. This is utterly crap! sadly the only eyeliner that really does the job of flatlining the inner eye is Estee Lauder double wear infinate black onyx! it does not budge nearly all day...
