General Information

Swisse Ultiboost Menopause Balance helps reduce symptoms associated with the menopause, such as night sweats, hot flushes, irritability, and sleeplessness.

It’s formulated with black cohosh, a plant long used to relieve menopausal symptoms, and also calcium. The body’s calcium requirements increase post menopause, so it’s necessary to support healthy bones and teeth, and to help prevent osteoporosis where dietary intake is inadequate.

KEY FEATURES

Warnings

Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.

In very rare cases, black cohosh has been associated with liver failure. If you are experiencing yellowing of the skin or whites of the eyes, dark urine, nausea, vomiting, unusual tiredness, weakness, stomach or abdominal pain, and/or loss of appetite, you should stop using this product and see your doctor.

If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional.

EACH TABLET CONTAINS:

Soy bean (Glycine max extract 86.25 mg) equiv. dry seed [standardised to contain isoflavones calc daidzin/ein, genistin/ein, glycitin/ein (Glycine max) 34.5 mg] 13.8 g (min.); Garden sage (Salvia officinalis extract 236.36 mg) equiv. dry leaf 1.3 g; Black cohosh (Actaea racemosa extract 4 mg) equiv. dry root and rhizome 20 mg; Calcium (from calcium citrate) 162.5 mg; Vitamin D (colecalciferol) 12.5 mcg

Contains: Phenylalanine, soya beans, sugars and sulfites.

Directions

ADULT DOSAGE: Two tablets daily, with the evening meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional.

Several times I have been slow to repurchase and after a few weeks of not taking them, my hot flashes return. As soon as I start taking them again, after a few weeks the hot flashes stop. Great product - just give it a decent chance to start working!

I take two tablets a night and since taking them my hot flushes and night sweats have eased. I still do overheat sometimes but my menopause symptoms have definitely eased. I’m sure I also feel calmer, not as snappy which is a good thing for everyone. Sleeping at night when you are too hot is almost impossible so these tablets are really helping as I am nowhere near as hot at night. I love Swisse products so this is a winner for me and great value for money

I was waking up at least 10 times per night sweating with the blankets on then cold when I took the blankets off. I may wake up once a night now but that's not every night. My hot flushes have decreased as well. I read almost all of the reviews for this product before I bought it and the reviews convinced me to give it a go. It took about 2 weeks of taking it every day to see the difference but I am so grateful to this product.

After struggling for years with expensive hormonal treatment for severe hot flashes, over 20 a day initially, and constant blood tests to tweek the 'formula', I had had enough. Black Cohosh was recommended by Dr Google so I gave this a try using 2 tablets per day. Within a week the number and severity of the flashes were vastly reduced and after a month now my menopausal symptons have reduced to such an extent that they don't bother me. Sleep is so much easier without throwing covers on and off or lying in pools of sweat. Thank you for making this wonderful product Swisse!

My symptoms were fairly mild during the day but my sleep was so disturbed. Hot/cold/hot and not sleeping as constantly flinging the blankets off and on.
