I was having terrible cramps in my legs every night as well as suffering from anxiety. I am on medication for anxiety so I can't give a confident review that these are amazing for that but the leg cramps.....now non existent. I changed brand for something else because I'd run out and the chemist I went to didn't have this exact formulation. Only lasted a week and my legs were crawling at night, not quite cramping. I recommend this formula to everyone who is stressed and suffers from cramping. I was told that Magnesium with other things in it aren't as good and it has to be Magnesium Citrate (which this is). Purchasing online is easy and efficient. Have never had a problem with Chemist Warehouse and they are prompt with delivery.
