Rated 2 out of 5 by from Very strong peppermint Didn’t notice that this was different from the one I’ve previously used. The peppermint scent is overwhelming and it created far more than a pleasant tingle. I had to wash it off immediately. disappointing!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad product, great company. I have very sensitive skin, and my lips are always too dry without any lip balm. I've used plenty of other Burt's Bees products and they've all been fantastic, but this product is not. I used it a couple of times but had to stop because it was causing an allergic reaction. My skin started rashing and peeling and was I was left off worse than I started. I will assume it's to do with the peppermint (?), because rather than a pleasant 'tingle' it was more of a burning sensation. I'm super disappointed, Burt's Bees is usually so good for my sensitive skin.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from i really, really wanted to like this have seen burts bees being hyped up for years so i was so excited to try it out. it literally felt so waxy and dry on my lips, it doesn’t glide on your lips at all. literally just feels like hard wax. i’m sad because i really did want to like it and i don’t understand how everyone loves it. i love the packaging too :(

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed I bought this for Christmas because I used to love burts bees in a tin and thought it was the same just in a stick, but it’s not. It’s really sticky on my lips and doesn’t glide on at all. Also the peppermint is ridiculously overpowering and all I could think about was my lips stinging and feeling sticky. Felt like I had Vicks vapour rub on my lips. They didn’t feel moisturised at all. I couldn’t wait to take it off. however their rose tinted moisturising lip balm felt nice on my lips and was soft, shiny and glides on easily.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Differentiate the packaging Loved the honey flavored one which had the same colored packaging as this peppermint one. Got this flavor by mistake. Hated the peppermint one. This is not the first time I’ve purchased the wrong flavor online due to similar packaging. Wish something is being done about it, especially hard to differentiate when purchasing online.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed I have been using burt's bees for years, I have sensitive and dry lips and this always made them smoother and less dry, it was my all-time favorite lip balm. I stopped using this for awhile about a month ago and tried another brand because I had lost mine, and then i purchased a new one and it wasn't the same, it made my lips sticky, dryer than before and red- I don't know if it's a recipe change or my lips just getting used to it again but i'm very disappointed.
