Simple and easy to use the body cap impressively slides up easy to do with one hand. The lip balm comes up easily by the wind up canister. Soft and sweet in scent the balm feels light on my lips I like that my lips feel instantly soft without any sticky feeling. My lips feel soft and nourished but also matte enough to apply a lipstick soon after if I desire. Along with my night care this has kept my lips from feeling dry and cracked this summer. As my lips feel great and well looked after I recommend this lip care to all.

It feels silky smooth when applying to my lips and contains Shea butter and natural oils enriched with vitamins which leaves my lips feeling well nourished. I don’t think it tends to last as long as Nivea’s original lip balm but it still does the job. I love this pink and it’s a nice size so I can keep it with me when needed.

I’m a rose fan and found this lip care had a very subtle scent and taste. It did moisturise my lips but I found it didn’t give me the deep care and protection I would really like in a lip care product on a daily basis. I found it useful to apply at night time in my bed time routine but didn’t mix well in my makeup and skin care routine for day as I like SPF products.

Nivea Lip Care Soft Rose has a very subtle pink tint on one application. You can reapply and the pink colouring gets stronger. With the nice big balm stick it's a quick application. Because it's tinted, you may need to neaten your lip line with a finger, just wiping the excess balm.
