Rated 4 out of 5 by from A fiddle toy and a replacement in one It’s good to fiddle with when you feel like a smoke, the taste at first isn’t the best when you put the cartridge in but after a few inhales it tastes better. It helped me for when I was really needing a smoke but I made sure not to rely on it for easy quitting. It’s even cooler you don’t have to go outside to use it. It’s there whenever you need it. And the cartridges last a good amount of time. I find myself only needing it 4 times a day for 5 minutes (20 minutes a day) and I’m on day 4 of being smoke free so it’s quite the tool.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Started my journey I enjoy the feeling of this product, it mimics the feeling of a cigarette well (Used to smoke White ox and Marlboro reds) Keeps my hands busy and helps me manage cravings although quitting is one of the hardest things ive done this helped me through my first week, would recommend to people that used to smoke harsh cigarettes as the throat hit is very similar to that.

I smoked 30+ rollies a day, with the inhaler, a little experience using it and a real drive to quit I first reduced and then quite totally. Perhaps try some mindfulness techniques at the same time to reduce your craving and then hit the craving with the inhaler. You may have to give it the 1-2 combo so to speak
