General Information

Delicate skin? No worries! Our soap free Sensitive Cleansing Gel is the perfect cleansing option for combination/oily skin types who have sensitive skin, and provides a gentle, non-drying cleanse to help remove impurities and excess oils. A blend of Green Tea, Cucumber, and Avocado Oil work to gently clean, refresh and purify, leaving skin feeling soft, clear and balanced. TIP: Follow with our Hydrating Mist Toner for light hydration, and make sure to hydrate with our Sensitive Facial Moisturiser or Calming Night Cream

Common Uses

Naturally created for Sensitive Skin, this range features calming Chamomile, Aloe Vera & Cucumber to cool and soothe dry skin. Developed without potentially skin irritating essential oils, this range features a subtle scent of Vanilla to ensure that sensitive skin is not left irritated

Ingredients

Directions

Apply a small amount to moist hands and lather with water. Gently massage into damp skin. Rinse thoroughly and pat skin dry. Use once or twice daily.

I have sensitive skin that can be quite easily irritated however have had no issues with this cleansing gel. I use it morning and night and it does a great job to remove my make up. It’s also nice and gentle and not drying on my skin. I buy this cleanser over and over again, I love it! I wait until it’s on sale in Priceline then buy a couple.

I mostly use the cleansing lotion daily but I like to use the Sensitive Cleansing Gel when my skin needs alittle extra clean, like when I have been in the garden. It is only lightly foaming but gives a thorough clean without stripping skin of moisture. I recommend it for those who prefer a gel cleanser to a cleansing lotion.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from perfect everyday cleanser This is such a good basic cleanser to use everyday especially for the environmentally aware. I've used Sukin's original foaming cleanser and really liked it but I wanted to give this sensitive one a try because I preferred something more gentle on my skin. It is similar to the original but the smell is milder and it doesn't foam up as much, but it still cleanses your skin very well. I use this cleanser once a day at night after cleansing my skin with oil to remove makeup and it does a great job at removing the oil cleanser and excess debris off my face. My skin doesn't feel tight or dry at all and it doesn't break out my skin either. I don't see myself using any other cleanser, will continue to use and repurchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from natural & effective I really like this cleanser, as it states on the bottle it has no sulphates, no synthetic fragrances, no animal derivatives, no harsh detergents, no propylene glycol, no artificial colours, no triethanolamine, no mineral oils, no EDTA, and no parabens the gel smells a bit strange but at least it doesn't smell of chemicals like some other products ,it managed to foam up quite easily considering there is no sulphates. you should use about half a pump because a little goes a long way, I like using it with a face cleansing brush but hands work just as well, you should make sure its properly rinsed off because it can leave semi sticky feeling if you don't. It left my skin feeling smooth and clean, I've being using it day and night. This is a good cheaper alternative to some of the other cleansers out there that are full of chemicals that strip your skin.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from does the job, Australian made and owned and no nasty ingredients Sukin has to the be poster-child for ethical, natural and locally made products and I am happy to support them not only for those reasons, but also because their products seem to be quite good! Product comes in a 125ml bottle with a rather oversized pump. I only need to half-press it, a full press gives too much product. Apply to a damp face then add a little water and it lathers well considering it has no harsh surfactants. I must make sure to rinse all the bubbles away because there is a lot! But, unlike most bubbly cleansers my skin isn't left feeling tight, dry or stripped I use this predominantly as my morning cleanser but also when I do a double cleanse (not so often, only if I am wearing thick makeup or heavy sunscreen) this is my go-to product. I really want to try more in the range because there are so many reasons to support this company!

For my skin, it cleans really well and my skin doesn't feel dry afterwards. Plus being in a pump bottle makes it easy to use in the shower. Will definitely be buying this one again!

I use this product along side my Eco tools facial sponge and one pump onto the damp sponge is all it needs. It lathers up really well and makes my skin feel really soft and smooth. This product is really gentle on the skin, but still manages to remove any bits of foundation that I may have missed with my makeup remover. It also has no noticeable or strong smells. I do definietly recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A little goes a very long way I started using the Sukin Sensitive Cleansing Gel after another all-natural cleanser seemed to be drying out and irritating my skin. After using this cleanser, I've switched my cleansers and moisturisers to Sukin Sensitive because the whole range keeps my face from flaring up like a swollen tomato! The packaging itself is great; the pump is sturdy and it's fully recyclable which I love. The gel is a nice consistency that's not too runny or thick, and it has a gentle, pleasant smell to it. It's not sticky, either, like other natural cleansers I've used in the past. You only need a small amount to get the job done; I use a little less than the top of my index finger and lather it up quite vigorously in my palms. I've found that a foamy, light consistency is what you should aim for; if the lather feels too thick then generally I've used too much cleanser and that alone can dry out my very fussy skin. This cleanser always leaves my skin looking refreshed and feeling soft, which is nice on those days I have dry spots.

I have very sensitive skin and use this without ending up with a rash or itchy skin (YAY) The smell is very nice and after using it, my skin doesn't feel dried out like a lot of other washes do. After using it, my skin also feels very soft.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Gentle yet effective, as cleansers should be I've been using this cleanser for a while now and I have never once thought about switching to a new one. This is great for sensitive and oily skin as it washes away everything without stripping your skin of its oils, and it doesn't make your skin feel tight afterwards. I don't even need to remove my bb cream with makeup remover as this facial wash does it perfectly (though you may need to remove stuff such as eye makeup in a different step). If you look at the ingredients you can tell its full of good stuff, and for its price its definitely worth a try.

This doesn't have any, nor a host of other nasties. It leaves my skin soft, smooth, and not tight or dry. It smells amazing, and doesn't break me out, which even cetaphil does!

My skin gets irritated skin easy if I don't look at the ingredients in the product. This my favourite liquid cleanser from this brand. I have been using this cleansing gel for over a month and a half. It has helped to clear my skin and it has helped my skin tone to be even. I use this cleansing gel alone or with a cleanser brush, the one that I am using at the moment is Models Prefer Skin Cleanser. After this using this cleansing gel and brush together my face feels very nice and soft at the same time. I only use a small amount on my face everyday. There is a faint scent to this cleanser and it doesn't irritate my skin like other cleanser that I have used. I would recommend this cleanser to everyone including people who don't have sensitive skin and I will always re-purchase this cleansing gel, it is amazing. Go try it.

Usually after cleansing i usually have to reach straight for my moisturiser and even then it takes a couple of minutes for my face to calm down and not feel itchy and tight, but i've found with this cleanser i don't get those few awkward minutes in-between cleansing and moisturising :) Super Happy!

It is foaming but non-drying, which is something I need in my cleanser as I have used so many which I felt stripped my skin. It is gentle, so in return I use a separate make up remover. It contains amazing ingredients such as avocado oil, aloe vera and chamomile which all soothe my skin. I have acne-prone, sensitive skin and it does not irritate it. It is also a bargain so I will continue using it :)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Cleanser I love this cleanser as the first cleanse in my double cleanse night routine and also to cleanse in the morning. I find it brilliant at taking off makeup and SPF without over drying or stripping my skin. Products containing green tea are really calming and soothing to my sensitive skin and this cleanser is no exception, it doesn't irritate blemishes or cause redness. This gentle cleanser foams extremely well, works perfectly with my clarisonic mia, rinses clean and is one of many products I love from Sukin.
