Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Lotion for V Dry Skin Best lotion for my very dry skin. Leaves a nice 'sheen' on skin too. Absorbs quite well. Doesn't mark/stain clothing. Has 'powdery' style fragrance that dissipates quite quickly (to my nose). I apply after shower on wet skin and am quite lavish. Some might find it too "thick" but that's how I like my lotion eg I don't like the Cerave lotion or cream because too 'light'. I have blended both because C has such a good rep for being 'best' for skin but prefer Nivea straight.

I really appreciate that it completely absorbs straight away, leaving no residue. My skin instantly looks and feels better the moment I apply it. I am a huge fan of this product and it's now the only body lotion I will use. What a bonus that it is also very reasonably priced! I buy the mini's to take away when I travel as I can't live without it! Its affordable and goes a long way. My skin always feels hydrated without any greasiness. My son also uses it under his football kits to keep his kit from sticking to him with electricity! I would always recommend this body lotion. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Rich. Quick Absorbing. Long Lasting Body Cream ... Coming out of winter my skin was feeling extremely dry, flaky and not very loved by my usual moisturising body wash. I was expecting good things from this moisturising lotion as Nivea is renowned for deeply moisturising body lotions. The Rich Nourishing Lotion did not disappoint. It is a creamy, luxurious and long-lasting body cream in a handy dispenser pump bottle. Non-greasy feeling when applied and absorbs rapidly. Can put on while still damp just out of the shower or bath and it seems to work even better on those really prone to be dry areas (lower legs and elbows looking at you!). Does not rub off or mark sheets or towels as some oil-rich lotions can do. Did not need to apply every day and using after exfoliation was just like a spa treatment. Can see results from the first use and within two days you could see the improvement in skin texture and condition. Once you get the dry areas under control you will find a little goes a long way as your skin will easily stay supple and moisturised even after a shower. I even noticed that ingrown hairs were not as big a problem since using this. Pleasant perfume that does linger keeping you feeling fresh. Very effective in reducing those areas that get chafed and sweaty by the end of the day under clothes which was an unexpected bonus. Highly recommend trying this out if you have been looking for a highly nourishing body cream that does not feel like you just dipped yourself in oil. I have using this lotion for two weeks now. The non greasy lotion has the right consistency, fast absorbing and non oily. I have eczema skin hence I am very particular with skin moisturiser. I have noticed that my skin feel incredibly nourishing, soft and smooth. It does not irritate my eczema. I would highly recommend this to everyone. It's really gentle on the skin and leaves my body feeling soft and full of moisture. I have slightly sensitive skin and have never had any issues with this lotion. The smell is strong but I love it and have received compliments on it so it must be nice!

I usually use the light weight Nivea 48 hr moisture cream as I really dislike greasy creams that don’t absorb, so when I received this one to try, I was pretty unsure of what my experience would be. It’s safe to say that I was completely surprised, and am now in love with this cream! It is quite thick in texture, however after a few minutes it absorbs so beautifully leaving the skin feeling like velvet. I did a body exfoliation for my poor winter skin that hasn’t seen the light of day in 3 months and applied this all over and even the following day I noticed that my skin was so smooth and hydrated! I also used this prior to my fake tan foam (leaving 20mins in between for the cream to absorb) and my tan looks perfect - no streaks, super even and natural. This is definitely my new favourite, I think I’ll be reaching for this even in summer as it absorbs so well! I’m very impressed!

I have been using the lotion on my legs only (I use another product for the KP on my arms) and it doesn't irritate the skin after I shave. The 48-hour claim is accurate and I have found over the past couple of weeks that my legs have been smoother and more moisturised. I did try the lotion on my face once and I really don't think it's suited for that unlike some moisturisers. The major selling point of this lotion is of course how inexpensive it is as I don't like to spend big on something I run through very quickly. I was gifted a product sample to trial and review.

I have quite dry skin in and I really feel the hydrating effects of this cream on my skin. It's less itchy and dry plus the cream smells amazing. It's very thick and rich however spreads on the skin easily and absorbs quickly. I also really like to put it on before I go out as it gives my skin a nice sheen. Then I got this product and I used it once and literally the dried skin went away! It get absorbed easily and leave no greasy residue and a little bit of it goes a long way.
