General Information

FABFOL contains 500 micrograms per tablet of folic acid which if taken daily for one month before conception and during the first trimester of pregnancy has been shown to reduce the risk of neural tube defects such as spina bifida. It also contains 150 micrograms per tablet of iodine that is essential for brain and physical development and helps the baby grow, and 12mg of Iron per tablet.

These tablets my friend recommended to me and after trying them i never stopped buying them. They are easy to swallow and they got everything you need in pregnancy I showed my GP abs she said it’s perfect.they are also affordable in price absolutely worth the try.
