Directions

Vaporisation
Create your own personal aromatic environment and balance emotional wellbeing. HOW: Choose 3 essential oils. Add a total of 5 drops to water in your Oil Garden diffuser. As the mist rises it carries the pure essential oil particles into the surrounding air.
Massage
Nourish and rejuvenate the body. HOW: Choose 3 essential oils. Add a total of 5 drops of essential oils to 10ml of carrier oil and gently massage over the skin. The oils are absorbed into the body via the hair follicles working from within to improve general wellbeing.

I mixed 2 tablespoons of jojoba oil as a moisturising carrier and 5 drops of rosemary oil and 5 drops of peppermint oil (all from oil garden) and it does wonders for my hair (I leave in for 6 hours and wash out). Loved this product would recommend!
