A potent sharp refreshing citrus scent with a slightly herbaceous earthy undertone.

Directions

Vaporisation
Create your own personal aromatic environment and balance emotional wellbeing. HOW: Choose 3 essential oils. Add a total of 5 drops to water in your Oil Garden diffuser. As the mist rises it carries the pure essential oil particles into the surrounding air.
Massage
Nourish and rejuvenate the body. HOW: Choose 3 essential oils. Add a total of 5 drops of essential oils to 10ml of carrier oil and gently massage over the skin. The oils are absorbed into the body via the hair follicles working from within to improve general wellbeing.

Good quality means less is best and this oil is high quality. I use lemongrass for so many things, cleaning, washing clothes, massage, insect repellent and to give you a bit extra energy on those afternoons when you are lacking motivation.
